It was excellent! We rented a villa with 2 bedrooms - both big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. We had a spacious private yard equipped with kitchen amenities and a swimming pool - and we enjoyed it all day long and even in the evening. The territory of the hotel is very greeny and delightful, personnel is beneficial and responsive. There are a nice grocery shop, a nice laundry service and outstanding massage saloon few steps outside the hotel. We used Grab app to pick a car to move around the town and also to explore other beach clubs of the area.

Coffee at the breakfast could be more strong - it's more like water than coffee, to be honest. Some breakfast options are very odd but you may pick up the best option for you - the range is quite generous.

We stayed for 8 nights, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was super clean, and the huge bathroom was a highlight—it even allowed us to shower under the stars at night! The staff were amazing, always greeting us with warm smiles and ready to guide us on the best places to visit. We also enjoyed relaxing massages, and they even went the extra mile to sterilize my son’s milk bottles, which was a huge help. Breakfast was great, with many options available, and the afternoon drinks and snacks were a lovely bonus. The cook was very professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed trying several of their delicious dishes. The location was also super convenient—right next to Pepito supermarket, making it easy to grab anything we needed. A laundry service was just across from the supermarket, and it was incredibly affordable. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was how much love and care the staff showed to my son, Asher. They were genuinely sad to see us leave and hugged him with so much warmth and affection. This place is truly super recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

I like the resort and the staff. very nice villa with big pool and good cleaning. Also breakfast was yummy maybe coffee can improve. Location was also good. The only thing I don’t recommend is the spa, we were 3 of us and we payed a lot of money if you compare with Bali prices so I definitely was expecting better service as I have been in spas where I have payed less and they even after massage offers you a nice hot tea with snack also the therapist was good but not the best, you can find same or better quality in the streets. Definitely, as a stay I will recommend it 100% to my friends.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable . The outdoor space is very well maintained and the greenery looks beautiful . The pool is nice and warm. Staff are very friendly and accommodating .

The location is a little far out so unless you ride a motorbike you would need to use Grab to get to places. The outdoor bathroom although a very interesting experience would be something that I am not a fan of.. reasons being outdoor uncovered shower makes it very hard to take a shower when it rains, you have to cross over an uncovered path to get to the toilet and the toilet paper gets wet too in this rainy season. The biggest thing for me are the bugs/lizards out in that area as I’m a big chicken when it comes to those creepy crawlers and though not that many that you cannot manage but one too many for me.😂

Very impressive hotel, the grounds, and the room were both beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, with a huge bed, and a gorgeous bathroom with a bath!

The restaurant food was edible, but far from good food. The kitchen was viable from the dining area and everything seemed to be going straight into the microwave out of the freezer, to defrost and then to heat up. In short, avoid the restaurant. The spa wasn’t also that impressive, I had a body scrub, which was meant to be an hour long. It was more like 30 minutes after the masseuse left the room twice for the scrub to ‘set’ the massage also wasn’t very good.

Our room was lovely, the villa we stayed in was amazing. We loved the pool and the amenities on offer. I loved showering under the stars and the peace and quiet that we had. The staff are absolutely lovely, the lady who did my facial was lovely, everyone was lovely. Very easy to ask for advice and they are very attentive. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was interesting, the food was good, but I feel it was lacking in some ways. I found it odd to have a danish pastry with eggs and toast. Perhaps you could possibly change the menu for breakfast.

I liked the hotel very much. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located in a very cozy and quiet place. It took 20 minutes to get there from the airport. There is a Pepito grocery store 1 minute away from the hotel. The hotel has excellent breakfasts (choose a dish from the menu) The rooms are spacious, the bed is big. Yes, the hotel is not new, but not old either.

They were always responsive to my requests and made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a 25-minute walk to Jimbaran Beach and a 20-minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport. **Overall Experience:** My stay at Abi Bali Resort & Villa was truly unforgettable. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good A/C and all the ammenities, big fridge, love the 'open' bathroom. Possibility to rent a scooter to go to the beach or downtown (walking in the traffic is not realy advised ☺️). Lovely half-private pool - you share it only with few neighbouring units. A nice plus is the free afternoon tea! Very kind personell, we especially loved talking to Agus while sipping our drinks at the restaurant. Great variety at breakfast! Really good value for money.
