Located just outside the main Ayana resort with easy access to all the restaurants and bars. Staff and Management were extremely helpful and provided 5* service! They were always available for questions or assistance if we needed it. Apartment was very clean and well managed. Pool was lovely and cleaned upon request Buggy available to take us to the main resorts. Nitha and the Ayana Residence Staff were fantastic! Would definitely visit again!!

A couple mosquitoes in our room but we managed to get rid of them. Full length mirror would be nice in the apartment.

Our family booked a room with a private swimming pool, and it was incredibly spacious and peaceful. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient desk service. One of the highlights of our stay was the 24-hour buggy service, which had minimal wait times. We used the buggy to easily access the main Ayana resort for meals and drinks. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Although this property is managed separately from the main Ayana resort, which means guests do not have access to its facilities, we still had a wonderful experience. We initially stayed at the main Ayana resort and then moved to the residence for our last night. The transfer between the two was smooth, with a direct buggy ride from the resort to our apartment. The apartment offered full facilities such as dish washer, washing machine, utensils etc.

Our 5 adult children stayed for 5 nights (while us parents stayed in our own hotel room). It worked out perfectly as our adult children wanted to stay up later than us. We visited them every day and they loved the apartment. It was huge - and they enjoyed each bedroom having ensuites and loved having their own pool. They particularly enjoyed the shuttle buggy service to drive them around , and became friends with the shuttle driver!

Nothing - it worked out perfectly for our family holiday in Bali. Far nicer having your own pool and living areas and kitchen than having individual hotel rooms. We all met in the AYANA resort for breakfast and had some family dinners in AYANA resort. We also swam in the large AYANA residences pool.

Big apartment. Nicely decorated. Sea view. Clean and comfortable.

As it’s an apartment block on a huge sprawling property with two hotels and other accommodation it can be hard for taxis to find it. You need buggy to get around which you can call, usually arrives in 10 mins yes

Had an amazing stay. The staff were very efficient and the place was in great condition. We were really impressed with the amount of cutlery and cooking utensils available to allow us to cook meals for the entire family. The location is quiet and there's plenty of space for when we needed time away from the group to chill.

The internet was very patchy. This made it difficult to get online from most rooms. Also, the tvs are very old so I suggest bringing a chromecast and connecting to the tv in the upstairs living area. In case you need to keep kids entertained while you're drinking by the pool :)

Property is great. Just need to be mindful that it’s a private property / not managed by Ayana Residences or Resort, so you don’t get access to resorts facilities / pools as if you stayed at any of resort managed hotels. But you can use Ayana Residence’s own pool and facilities and go to any of the restaurants, bars at the resort.

We LOVED EVERYTHING! The apartment was gorgeous …huge and very well designed and styled. The location is absolutely amazing! Buggy service was the absolute BEST! The staff are perfect, so very polite, happy to help you have your best holiday. We have never stayed anywhere as amazing as Ayana Residence. We will definitely return!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We loved everything.

It was spacious, modern and clean with a view over beautifully maintained gardens and the sea in the distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms exceptional

Nothing - it was all marvellous. Perhaps it would have been nice to have complimentary conditioner as well as shampoo but that is a really minor thing

It a great villa very private

It’s not clear when we booked it’s not connected to Ayana Resort where you can’t use anything in resort if you want to use the beach it’s $20 if you want to eat at any of the restaurants at Ayana Resort you have to book 2 weeks in advance as people staying in resort has first preference

Beautiful apartment with a great private pool. Looks exactly like the pictures. The pick up drop off service allowed us to explore all of the Ayana resorts easily and we tried most of the restaurants.

There was some construction noise on the first day we were there but it was quiet for the other days.
