This place was amazing. We came here on our honeymoon and it was exactly what we were looking for. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the garden view bungalow which had that tropical villa feel we wanted. The air conditioning was clutch as it is hot and humid in Bali. The location is beautiful, perched on the cliff with stunning sunset views. Plenty of places to relax by the multiple pools. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We did a couples massage which was unreal as the little spa bungalows are on the side of the cliff near the water. They have a transportation service that can take you anywhere on the island. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Set on the cliffs of Jimbaran this resort offers lovely pools with stunning views and comfortable villas which while not being 5 star, it was totally acceptable. Staff were great and breakfast in the restaurant was yummy

It’s remote but not too difficult to get to other places. Since the Resort is absolutely beautiful with great food, a five star spa and beautiful pools, you probably won’t feel the need to leave anyway! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly (shout out to Lisa and Ratih). Communication via WhatsApp or reception is easy and they are very accommodating to your needs and wishes. Definitely recommend!

They have some kind of ban on ride sharing apps in the village and only want you to use private taxis which up charge ridiculously.. best to organise your own transport either by getting picked up outside of the resort or hiring your own car.

We stayed five nights at La Joya and loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful and very polite. All the food we tried was great, and cocktails too. For breakfast we got to choose between around 8 different options including fruit platter and juice and we liked them all. The pool was big with an amazing view over the ocean. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful pools with the most incredible views. Friendly staff. Good food. Plenty of pool loungers for everyone to use. Well maintained and lovely accommodation. Excellent service in the restaurant. Incredible views and beautiful remote beach.

A little remote but easy enough to arrange a grab taxi or driver. Aircon in rooms are not the most efficient due to roof design but it was still sufficiently cool. Music played in common areas such as the pool and restaurant was questionable. The vibe of the resort would suit a more “hotel costas or cafe Del Mar” playlist than a “sports bar on a Saturday night vibe” which they currently play.

The location is tricky to get to, not walking distance to anything. On the way back to the hotel many drivers got lost trying to find the location. Also, it is not allowed to use the local taxi app service from the hotel, only one local taxi service is provided which doesn’t leave guests with a lot of options, either for prices or cars, you take what you get.

Wow. The photos don't do it justice! This place is just gorgeous! Location is stunning. Whilst there's a long bumpy road to get there (and many places!), once you're in, it's like another world. Sunsets are beautiful from the infinity pools, there's access to the little beach below, and the huts are so big and spacious. Service was very attentive, carrying bags, checking for more drinks, checking satisfaction of the food. Which was really good! Breakfast in particular, was very very good.. The room was very spacious, cool enough with the AC, and a big bathroom. It even had incense to burn. We're just so sad we were only there for two nights - could have stayed a week!

Almost nothing! Was so good. The only small small thing was the pressure in the overhead shower wasn't good. But the handheld was fine. The pillows were also not the best.

Very beautiful place at the cliff. They have several swimming pool and including infinity pool. They also have private beach which is quite impressive. Stuff are very helpful and kind. Whenever you WhatsApp them, they will response it real soon. They have a very lovely dog named Nala is welcoming everyone at the gate! So adorable!

Excellent view, two very nice infinity pools and not crowded at all, sonetimes felt like private pools, good a la carte breakfast, spacious rooms, very good massage therapist. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is a la carte and had no bread. They charge if you want a piece of bread. The water served was tap/filtered water, and one morning, they forgot to bring us, and we asked for water 5 min after breakfast hours ended, and didn't bring us unless we paid. These small things are unpleasant for a nice hotel like this one. The hot water at the shower was getting cold after 5 minutes. Also, there is bad pressure in some of the rooms. Another thing, our room had only rain shower (ceiling) and no hand shower. We have a toddler, and it made this very difficult to shower her and ourselves:) Cheap instant coffee in the rooms. Better take it out for good.

Beautiful views. Amazing spa. Delicious food. Super helpful staff. Love the service and the place itself.

Will be nice to have live music in the evening or some movie night. To have some entertainment at the hotel will be the wonderful thing. Will be good to have Hair conditioner, slippers and bath robe at the villa . Outside the hotel is a lot of rubbish along the road to hotel and around it. I think hotels should take care of it as it is also a part of visitors impression about the place. 3 hotel can clean the area around in one day. Sad to see that the beautiful nature of Bali covered by so much rubbish.
