This place has a lot of good aspects about itself - 1. it is close to 2 beaches appropriate for surf beginners (Balangan, Dreamland), 2. is very quiet, you could listen to the sounds of nature, the rustic (but not oldschool) vibe of the cottages feels very nice, 3. it is 3 min walk from the best diner ever (Dapur Balangan) and also to a supermarket and laundry. I read here that not everybody is "satisfied" with the pool. I definitely do not share that feeling. Used it every day. Was clean and not just for kids.

The lobby is for some reason never being used by anyone. Not sure if it is possible to order food there. The place is currently bit of a construction site (could be a bit cheaper).

Stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend it for a quiet relaxing getaway. It is set back from the road so you only hear the wildlife at night and the cabins are clean and fully equipped with everything you will need! Staff were friendly allowed me to store my baggage on the final day. I walked to the beach every day was around 25 mins and surfed with Dawn patrol surf school who I would also recommend. I ate every night at yakurus warung which again was really tasty and only 5 min walk. When I come back to balangan will be sure to stay here!

Great for the price you pay. The villas are spacious and the pool area is nice. The area is very quiet, great for relaxing. Affordable motorbike rental.

The staff was not always available. There was a strange hole in the bathroom ceiling and the door of the villa did not work properly. Because there was no safety box either, we felt little uncomfortable leaving our valuables in the room. Also, the location is very far from most of the restaurants and Grab is not always available, so you will need a motorbike.

I loved the unique aesthetic of this place! The staff was friendly and stored our bags for us during the day. Really comfy beds.

The location was far from the hot spots of Uluwatu. Off a bumpy road. I suppose if you have your own car it would be a bit easier, but having to call an Uber from the hotel location was quite difficult. Thus, I’d you want to stay in the city center close to everything, then I would choose a different spot.

If you enjoy being in the outside and with nature then this is the place to go. The bathroom is completely outside giving it a different feel. We also had a couple of visitors one being a very large geko but it is all good. The place is very clean and away from everything

Dede was very helpful! Location pretty good, a walk to nearby beaches if you enjoy walking and close to shops and a few eating places. Very easy to order a grab to get around. For a basic bungalow that is clean and simple, giving off that tropical experience, a great stay.

A safe for valuables would be helpful.

Room was spotless and comfortable and as seen in the pictures. Quiet at night.

Location was a bit out of the way, but was a quick grab ride to the beach (1-2km). The place is also currently surrounded by building work... Not the hotels fault at all and not a problem, just not really asthetically pleasing.

If you are looking for a good value for money, not a luxury but a clean and comfy place, this is the place. If you ride a scooter, you can easily go anywhere… breakfast is only 2 min walking or 6 min by scooter! Tks Dedek for the recommendations and suggestions!

Cute little bungalows, very clean and beds are super comfortable. Friendly staff and chatty kitten. Really lovely local Warung’s nearby with supermarket

Little bit the way from the main happenings Uluwatu has to offer, definitely need a scooter.

I am so thrilled that I found this golden gem! The place was clean, staff were super friendly and were very helpful in attending to needs. It's quiet and close to warungs and supermarket.... And of course the beach! I will be booking this place on my next trip to Bali!

The walls are very thin. But still wouldn't discourage me coming back!
