This Villa is amazing. We stayed there with family and enjoyed the privacy of each room. Every room has its own bathroom and the house has a spacious kitchen and living room and a huge outdoor area with pool. It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing which is worth mentioning (but not a negative) is that you will need your own transport. We hired scooters and it was easy to get around. There are some restaurants in walking distance but the beach is too far away without transport.

The property was HUGE! 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms had x2 beds in! The table in the kitchen was huge, seated everyone, spaciously as well as the table in the kitchen outside - that was great & my dad made great use of the BBQ

The roof of some of the bedrooms, unfortunately we had a big thunderstorm one night and a lot of the water leaked through into bedrooms/bathrooms, however, with the sun in the afternoon it sure enough dried up.

It’s a really nice villa and outdoor area. Also plenty of space inside. Pool is really long and great for swimming. The price for the area and the size is quite a good value. Beach is only 10-15 minutes walk. Responsive staff

The property wasnt super cleaned when we checked in, especially under the beds, the floor and the outdoor area. The gazebo mattress were really dirty and the outdoor kitchen not well cleaned. Location is nice but you have to walk 15min or take the scooter to go anywhere. Staff was trying to be helpful but was a bit too present and coming inside the villa without warning.

The accomodation is located in a non-touristy area, only 10 min walk to the beautiful beach, where you can get breakfast and drinks throughout the day. Our host assisted us with organising transport around Jimbaran. The pool and outside area is wonderful. The house is well air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. Each room had its own bathroom, so a fantastic place for a group of friends or families (although note, like most places in Bali the pool is not fenced). this accomodation is really great value for money, as it is very spacious, private, and clean, and fantastic location if you are keen on relaxing on a quiet sandy beach (where all the surfers go).

As the accomodation is off the beaten track, you can hear the roosters and other farm animals as they wake in the morning from some bedrooms, however ear plugs easily overcame that issue.

Stunning villa, gorgeous and spacious rooms with own bathrooms. A well kept property with staff available 24 hours. The pool was beautiful. So grateful we got to experience this gorgeous place. Would definitely recommend staying here! The garden also has its own kitchen with BBQ it would be perfect with a big group!

Everything was perfect.

Wayan the guest manager was excellent. She promptly sorted anything which needed sorting. The property is very nice. Air con works, hot water works, very spacious, comfy beds, clean linen etc. Would be great option for 2 families or large group who don't mind using scooters to get around.

The listing claimed Balangan Beach was 200m away, but it is over triple that. We hired scooters to get around so it wasn't a big issue in the end but wasn't what was listed on the add (the location on the map is actually incorrect, rely on the location shown in Google maps.

The location was great, very comfortable for a big family. The outside area was great and overall comfy for our group.

The cleaning could be improved, seems run down and lots of humidity inside the house. In one of the rooms there were bugs or insects falling from the roof wich made it impossible for my son to sleep there.

Very picturesque villa with lovely garden surrounds. Pool was amazing and definitely the highlight - fresh, great temp. Wyan the host was helpful and assisted with all needs - our group rented scooters and got a massage. We used Grab to get food delivered.

No fault of the villa but as there is farm land around the villa and roosters do wake you up early.

great for a family holiday. Everyone has their own room and own bathroom. Enough space for privacy but also great communal areas around the pool, gazebo and kitchen. wardrobes, safes and very secure. amazing pool!

needs a little maintenance…white ant activity evident in some of the wood. the bed in the master was very creaky and didn’t feel sturdy. mattresses used in portacots are very soft and dented in the middle. could do with a tv in the upstairs area as our baby slept down stairs so we couldn’t watch any family movies after she went to bed. an oven would also be great so be fully self catered. the bbq didn’t have any gas

Very good host. Love the house! Very authentic bali architecture. They have someone to you help you during your stay. The house is big and they have big rooms and beds. It could accommodate 10 adults. Decent size of pool. Overall we love it! Thank you for hosting us

Far from the main street, small road to access the villa. Don't use a big car. The road gets very dark at night. Use your car to get to the beach, because it takes 20 minutes to walk. Not too much lightning on the swimming pool. Too dark if you want to swimming at night. The bathrooms need some deep cleaning.
