Willy homestay is a great place for those who want some peace and quiet. The rooms are cleaned every day - bed linen and towels are changed and everything you need is provided. The pool is very clean and well maintained. The staff was really friendly. The internet was good - which meant a lot to us because we worked from home. Breakfast is served every morning and is very tasty. AC was very good and strong&bed was really comfy. Miko and Molly (two dogs) are the best!

Although we really don't have much to complain about, the owner didn't contact us once during the 12 days - we got an answer to everything we asked, but that's basically it. We expected a little more interest in the guests since it was our first stay on Bali (advice for the laundry, food delivery or bike rental). Breakfast portions are small (maybe we're used to a little bigger) The chairs on the porch are very nice but uncomfortable (mats would be great!) Also, the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. It wouldn't be bad if the shared kitchen was a little better equipped with pots and cooking utensils. The location is remote and you absolutely need a motorbike to get to the nearest market.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. We actually enjoyed the location (for some it may seem far). You will need a motorbike to travel (90k a day through the property, good price). Some highlights: free water, kitchen area if you want to make your food or store things in the fridge. Large rooms and quiet at night time. If you want to be further away from the road, book the pool rooms. We are sensitive to noise/sounds and the other rooms were still fine. The staff are nice and the rooms get cleaned every day. Very good and reliable wifi.

The toilets are super smelly so make sure to always keep the door closed (we even locked it from the room so that the draft doesn't open it during the day). The AC in our room was super weak. We would also suggest adding a small night lamp.

Honestly, one of the best places Ive ever stayed at! So so helpful, they give you tips on things to do (that not many people know about!), the room is super clean and prepared & most importantly, the hosts are the nicest people you’ll meet in japan! They also run a cafe downstairs and their breakfast is 10/10! It was my friends birthday & they knew and made her a cake, sung happy birthday & all of it on their own as a surprise. I will always be grateful! You can enjoy all the activities like meditation, morning & fire ceremony etc in temples during the day. No need to stay in a temple for 10x the price!

Loved our stay at willy homestay. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave! So incredibly clean, room basic but just everything you need. Breakfast everyday was amazing, The fresh pineapple spread wad my favorite! Rooms cleaned everyday, kind friendly owners, pretty quiet street as well. A little motorbike ride to anywhere, but that didn't bother us. Definitely recommend if your looking for a cheaper and quieter place close to uluwatu!

Very comfortable, quiet location with good access to the beaches as well as shops and restaurants (although scooter or other means of transportation will be needed) The hosts were amazing and always available to help. They were kind enough to turn on the AC before we arrived, maintained the room daily and also helped rent us scooters at a very fair price. The wifi was good - which allowed me to work remotely for a few days. Overall, it's great value and would definitely stay here again.

For us, the best accommodation in Bali. We visited Made and his family again. Everything is absolutely luxurious. Room cleaning every day, towels every other day. Breakfast to start the day perfect. Made also rents bikes for the entire stay. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water. Drinking water available in the kitchen. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport is a matter of course. we stayed too little !

Ketut is such a welcoming host. Our room was cleaned daily, they provided water and a small fridge in the community kitchen. The pool was a central place for all guests to mingle and get to know each other. Daily breakfast is available next door (for a fee depending on your booking). Great value and another perfect spot to hang out and get to know the other guests. Scooter rental is available onsite. Location is quiet, but you still hear roosters, dogs and minor traffic (which we were fine with). Its a 6 minute scooter ride to Balangan Beach for roast corn and sunset!! Back roads is about 15+ minutes into Pandang Pandang and the Strip of Uluwatu with amazing food and great people watching. Felt like we had a small family gathering daily and was sad to leave.

There was a smell from the toilet/shower. We have come to realize this is fairly common in Bali.

Was really nice and the brothers running the place did all the help we asked for. The pool just in front of the room was a big advantage. Rooms were very neat and clean. Less than 5 min in a scooter to Balangan Beach and the cliff view point. As they also rents out scooter, it was really easy roaming around after reaching the homestay. Food near the Cafe La Pasion is good with nice Mexican ambiance but bit expensive.

Breakfast could be a little more filling but still very good for the price. Should not let the dogs walk into the dining area.

Clean, comfortable with a firm mattress and a very comfortable duvet/blanket Owner (Ketut) is very warm and welcoming. He already had the a/c turned on when I arrived, so the room was nice and cool inside Lovely big windows in the room so there’s plenty of light Having a desk in the room is REALLY helpful Rooms are cleaned daily. This may also be very specific, but I like the fact it’s a tiled floor. It’s easy to keep the room clean and remove sand. Facial tissue is offered inside the room. So unusual to see this in Bali and it’s greatly appreciated by someone who has a runny nose! Garden is beautiful and well-kept Hangers are provided in the room and plenty of space to dry clothes on the verandah which is a great place to work, especially because there are no mosquitoes! Wi-Fi works very well, good and fast

Would be nice to have a rubbish bin in the bedroom Bathroom has a slight smell but it’s not unbearable The shower doesn’t have hot shower but it’s okay Room doesn’t come with toiletries so please bring your own!
