Lovely resort. The Breakfast was amazing. So many options. Rooms were well sized and great AC. Lovely views. Quite and peacful. A bit out of the main areas, but that is also a big part of the charm.

Facilities are starting to get a bit dated and rundown. Not terrible, but a little extra care would do so much! Pillows were not great. Hard. Would be great to see a stationary bike in the Gym room too!

Location was quiet yet close to everything in uluwatu if you have a bike ofcourse. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to have every morning with the sunrise. Everything was good enough to ne honest exce0t the breakfast. There was a way to big group to serve everybody and behind all of thwt the food was not fresh and gave me some issues for the toilet.

The gym was not pripper enough and the airco eid not work well. Also there was a poopy smell in the room after 2 days and they did not solve it even I had asked twice for it.. they simply forgot. But on the other hand tjey helped me with anything i askes.

The view from the balcony facing the pool and golf course was really nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is nice unfortunately no power point. The staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast there or used the pool so wouldn't know. They were currently doing work in one of the pools.

The noise early mornings from doors shutting from other rooms, and staff walking around the corridor with loud walk talkies making a lot of noise around 6am. I would have liked to have a bed sheet instead of only blanket, sometimes too hot to use the blanket and too cold to not use it. The ottoman for the desk is very low and soft, uncomforatable to use the table for work or laptop. It would be really nice to have somewhere to sit on the balcony.

I can’t say anything rather than be so thankful to stay at this hotel, speechless with their superb excellent service, their hospitality and the atmosphere for everything, I have a wonderful experience holiday in this place and also at another swissbell hotels in Bali, I can found my lost property as well, I was born in jakarta and currently live in Sydney and when I come back home stayed in this hotel I’ve had my home food again! Which is authenticity!! Surely I will come back again!!

The room was very spacious and the amenities were very good. Staff were also friendly. Hotel provided shuttles to various beaches which was a great service.

The swimming pool area needs a lot of upgrading. The wooden decking by the pool had a lot of loose panels and I almost tripped on one. The swimming pools had small tiles and a lot of tiles were loose in every pool ( there were 3 pools). I stepped on several, luckily didn't get hurt but one lady wasn't so lucky and she cut her toe on of the loose tiles. The hotel location is such that can't walk to any restaurants or shops, you'd need a car or scooter to go out.

The hotel was very nice in terms of location and cleanliness. In general, it made us feel the Swiss quality. Although we stayed in the best room of the hotel, the prices were quite good. Especially Yoga from the reception team helped us a lot during our stay. If we come to Bali again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Although the general cleanliness of the hotel was very good, when we used the bathtub we noticed that the water in it looked yellow. We do not know whether this is due to the cleanliness of the bathtub or the color of the water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They came quickly whenever we needed something even if it was at night. The facility had a few pools and a massage shop. Free buggy service to the beach.

The room phone was faulty but they did send someone to the room to ask what we needed or we had to go down to the lobby. The water in the shower could not drain properly and it was slippery. We had to step on cold water the next morning to take a shower. Most importantly, someone could slip and fall. Coffee and tea were not replenished.

The room was super new and clean, the room service was impeccable, they decorated the room for us and it was so beautiful. The staff were the nicest and most polite people, they give you tips on where to go, they talk to you, they teach you a little about the culture if you ask. It was an excellent experience. I loved the breakfast, they have a bar near the pool too, a super cool pool table, ping pong. But the best part is the massage! I had a massage with Liva at Lavender Massage and it was the best massage I've ever had in my life!

The only thing that didn't impress me was the food options for the dinner restaurant. But even so, what I ate was delicious! Congratulations to the staff for being so friendly and also for the cleanliness of the place, always impeccable.

Loved the staff and the pool and the ambience

Daily house keeping wasn't great. Came back on the 1dt day to find my jamas on the floor and a dirty cloth in the room. 2nd day had no towels. 3rd day no tea or coffee or sugar or water. 4th day bathroom mirror not cleaned and no water. The balcony do not have table and chairs and we were only told on check out you have to request them. Bar shuts at 10 30pm which is too early. Bit far away from resteraunts, bars and shops. I had a dress I needed steaming or laundering or ironing for a wedding and housekeeping said they couldn't do it.

I stayed five nights in this hotel. Structure equipped with all comforts. Reception open 24 hours a day always available for any request. Spacious and clean rooms, with a balcony overlooking the golf courses. The staff is exceptional. In this regard, a note of merit is reserved for Andre, the duty manager. Super friendly, professional and helpful person. He helped me to buy tickets for the Gili Islands and, in the following days, he personally brought to Ubud, an envelope containing personal effects that my friend had forgotten at check out, a few days before. A great experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the southern area of ​​the island and, why not, also as a base for visiting the northern area.
