Amazing property!! Staffs were so kind and helpful. Also villa is perfect for families. We stayed 3 different places in Ubud and one of the biggest challenge was bugs and flies. This villa has no issue with bugs so we had an amazing time staying here. If you are travelling with kids and like stress free stay then this property is for you. It has a small swimming pool perfect for families which automatically cleans everyday. They have filter water system also so you don’t have to worry about buying water bottles from outside. Overall 10/10.

Only improvement I would say is to have a better privacy for ensuite bathroom as it has an open window.

More hot water needs to be larger . Lounge was uncomfortable. Every thing else perfect

There are open air areas of the villa which is wonderful. This also means you will hear ambient noise which usually only are the roosters in the morning. The area is normally peaceful. The staff are very responsive and were quick to attend to any noise concerns with neighbors which occurred only once during our stay. Would suggest that move in instructions to guests include the need to be watchful of noise especially if coming in at night. This might help make a great stay even more enjoyable. Hope to be back!

Perfect accommodation for holiday with my family. Villa was perfect, staff super welcomming and helpfull.

They had security in the front at all times, community pool in addition to your private villa pool. The staff was very responsive and always in contact. They had an unlimited supply of filtered water. Easy taxi to central Ubud and there was a supermarket 3-5 min away. They came to clean on requested days, and had a mini kitchen area. 😁

Hot water was limited and did not last through a full shower, if you all wanted to shower you would have to do so in 15-20 min intervals…. 😕

The staff were amazing and the food exceptional! Best pancakes our kids have ever had. The villa beds were comfortable and good quality, filtered water system was great in the kitchen. The pool area and lounges was fab.

Needs a few tweaks, such as blockout blinds in downstairs bedroom and upstairs toilet in single room was smelly. Otherwise it is new and clean and would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The Wi-Fi was fast, the villa was clean and well looked after. Everything looked new. There was 24 hour security and the location was good and safe. There was a restaurant, pool and gym on the property which were all very good. The food was great and restaurant staff were amazing.

The villa was clean, modern and well equipped. Communication with staff was prompt through Whatsapp and very attentive. There was also a restaurant with day club on site which included a gym and infinity pool overlooking the jungle.

It's not so walkable to the Ubud centre but only a short drive.
