Villa was very close to those pictures we saw in web page, very well designed. Bedroom was cold - perfectly AC -ed. Big bathroom, big wardrobe room, well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Nice private pool. Very kind and helpful staff. Free one way shuttle up to 1,5 km distance. There is no restaurant in hotel, but there are 2 perfect caffe for breakfast nearby, and plenty restaurants in close distance.

As we had quite long stay, we were lacking oven. Living room sofa could be more comfortable. TV had small screen, even did not used. Property is not new, so price could be lower, especially for long stays.

We loved our stay at the Kunja Villas over Christmas 2024. Our 1 bed villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were blown away as soon as we walked in. The staff were incredibly attentive and it was really handy to have them drop us to nearby restaurants and attractions a few times during our stay - complimentary drop offs. We chose the timing for our breakfast and room service every day, depending on what we had on or what time we wanted to wake up each day. 24hr reception was handy the few times we had to make changes. It was easy to get our gojek food deliveries brought straight to the villa, as well as room service and in-villa massages which we only booked on the day prior. The villa was centrally located, with a restaurant, cafe and 24hr mini-mart only a minute’s walk from the front gate. 24hr security at the entrance to the villas made us feel extra secure and tucked away while in the centre of Seminyak/Petitenget area. There’s so much more I could say about our stay and our villa… aircon was fantastic, bed was huge, lots of room to relax in the living area and lounge on the bean bag chairs, pool deck chairs or comfy long lounge. The best part was definitely our pool! So clean and fun, always warm, and surrounded by mature, tropical greenery.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had selected the best accommodation for us. There was not a single flaw in our stay at The Kunja Villa. The staff knew we were celebrating our 30th anniversary and our Villa was decorated with romantic petal leaves in the bath and on our bed. It was beautiful. From the incredibly friendly and professional staff to the amazing breakfast options with your own in-house chef, everything was perfect. The outdoor area was incredible, and the private pool was stunning. The Villa has a beautiful layout, facilities were extremely clean and perfect for our stay. The location was awesome, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and walking distance to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely obliging booking restaurants on our behalf and organising travel to the destination with the in-house buggy. We are already planning our next trip to Bali in 2025 and without a doubt will book The Kunja Villa again. We look forward to returning and seeing the lovely staff again. Great staff and service. Clean and comfortable home away home. Privacy and quietness for relaxing vacation. Very good breakfast. It was our anniversary trip and they went above and beyond with roses and decorations on the bed and the bath tub. I was impressed and thankful for their kind gesture!

We ordered BBQ dinner at Kunja. The staff were great, and love the decorations. Especially the candles around the pool. Very romantic! However, the food wasn't good. Too salty, too much, and the quality was not good as I expected. Too much food for 2 people. The grilled whole fish was not fresh. We let the staff take all the food away. We would prefer better quality food verses large quantities.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We were celebrating our babymoon and everything about our stay was exceptional. Air con in bathroom aswell as the bedroom was fantastic, especially being pregnant! The whole villa was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Coffee cartel next door was perfect for breakfast and the free shuttle/tuktuk service was a great addition to drop you where you needed to go, super handy in the rainy season! The pool was a great size and kept very clean! The walk in closet was great for storing your luggage and clothes and the four poster bed surrounded by the mosquito net made you feel safe to sleep at night without getting bitten! I would definitely recommend.

The Kunja…where to start! 😁 This is at least our third stay at Kunja. On this trip we were trying a different district & hotel, which disappointed immensely, we got two nights at Kunja, so left other accommodation, arrived 9:30am to leave bags until check in time, room was available, we were checked in immediately! From the moment of arrival we felt welcoming warmth & happiness. The villas are well laid out, clean, with everything you could ask for. Each villa is completely private & the pool area is wonderful to relax in. Walking proximity to great coffee & well known restaurants. Kunja & its staff invoke a calmness & relaxation needed on holiday! Thank You. Xx

The villa is very spacious, great pool and very comfortable king bed. The staff are awesome, so friendly and always very eager to please. Loved the new bean bags too.

Having stayed here many times I feel the need to give some constructive feedback. They are definitely luxury villas however they lack a few little luxuries such as toiletries eg hair conditioner, hand and body lotion, a coffee machine not having to pay for one to come to the villa. The hairdryer is another negative. These are all little things but could help improve the image. Also the television would be better in the lounge area not the bedroom, it’s difficult to watch due to the mosquito net around the bed, not that we watch it normally but the olympics were on this visit.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's even better than the photos. The villa is just gorgeous - spacious, beautifully appointed, fabulous landscaping, and everything is spotlessly clean. The crystal clear pool is a highlight, unusually big. The resort complex is large and incredibly peaceful - it feels like an oasis. Staff were lovely, very attentive, professional, and the services are attentive to detail. I had such a wonderful stay and am so grateful to the staff.

It is a little further away from the restaurant strip and Seminyak Square than some villas, but for breakfast it's convenient that Coffee Cartel is just next door.

Highly recommend Kunja villas. Central location with everything in close proximity (coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, mini marts, day spas). Villa was located back from the street so it was very quiet. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The free buggy transport to nearby shops and restaurants was very handy. We had a floating breakfast on our last day in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We stayed for a week.

The mosquitos were an issue. There were multiple devices located throughout the villa to act as a deterrent but we still got bitten. Was more vigilant with using the insect repellent after this and was not bitten again.

Friendly staff and accommodating. Loved the rooms, the bath. Very clean pools. Free shuttle to certain areas surrounding.

Bats around the area did sometimes leave their mark on the floors overnight.
