Floating breakfast was excellent, breakfast buffet was comprehensive and good quality food. The location was amazing with unbeatable views out over the valley. The infinity pool really added to the view. Shuttle bus to Ubud station is a fantastic service provided by the hotel. Staff are super friendly and willing to go the extra mile for visitors. The villas are super luxurious and the value for money is unbeatable.

Some bed sheets had a few small stains. One staff member provided conflicting information about organising the shuttle bus. I assume this was down to a miscommunication and didn't affect my perception of the hotel or rest of the staff.

The grounds were beautiful and meticulously maintained, the villa was great, very spacious and comfortable with a great, clean and perfect temperature controlled pool. The food was excellent, staff gave us a very personalised experience from beginning to end and the manager cam to meet us on checkout. Any small issue we faced or any request was processed so quickly and we were updated. I've travelled all over the world and live in Dubai with many world class hotels, but never had such exceptional guest experiences like we did here and never had a send-off from the team like this. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Simply amazing!

We liked being out of town, no noise, peaceful, in nature. The breakfast was great and so was dinner and very reasonably priced too. The Villa was perfect for our family get away and was very private too. Having our own pool was just amazing

The beds were a bit like sleeping on a rock. The steps to the pool need a bit of maintenance as some were a bit broken and wobbly. The top floor did get a bit warm despite the aircon being on.

Beautiful property, we stayed in a villa with private pool, it was so private, peaceful and relaxing. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. All staff were so friendly and welcoming and the main pool area was also lovely. Breakfast was lovely, a nice choice and very fresh. We ate in the restaurant the first night we arrived and the food was also very good. Free shuttle to Ubud market was great too.

It was so picturesque. Our room was beautiful and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet after staying in Legian for 10 days. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. Would have loved to stay for a few more days ❤️

The only thing we could suggest for improvement was a bigger TV. It was a little hard to see it from our bed but In saying that, we were not there to watch TV.

its a very nice and huge property, with good staff, great location and nice food. complimentary pool breakfast was a great experience. there food options were also good and happy with shuttle service to town.

rooms show in picture had a sofa-cum-bed, which I assumed is the reason booking.com showed this to me for 3 people, but it wasn't there and later hotel asked for large price for extra bed, which they added on last day when I sent a message via booking.com app. Another one, although not a major concern but little bit of maintenance is required, not sure if they kept it that way to give the feeling of heritage property.

Such a beautiful resort. The rooms are huge and we immediately felt relaxed. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming they felt like family. They loved our little girl and she was so excited to see them every day. It was really really hard to leave! We spent 6 nights there. Its about a 10 Minute drive to ubud main center which was perfect for us.

The only thing I didn’t like and it is not the hotels fault at all is the mosquitoes! They provide a citronella candle outside but maybe some mosquito spray too would help.

We loved our stay here. We had two adjoining rooms both with king size beds, lounge, bathroom including two baths. The views were beautiful looking out over a jungle canopy. We also had our own pool and garden area. Wayan and the team were incredible, they helped my mother (who has mobility issues to no end) with two staff members regular chaperoning us up and down the stairs. We regularly ordered room service often, the food was good. The cleaning services team came every day and did a fantastic job. Really lovely place to stay gardens are beautiful.

Everything was great, but there are lots of stairs throughout the property (it's set on a hill).

Located inside the jungle, next to a small river, 15-20 min from ubud central depending on the traffic. Great view, and the hotel was harmonic blended into the jungle environment. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Restaurant's food was decent but since ubud central is nearby that is not a big problem.

The look of the resort is amazing, reminded me of the temples in Angkor Wat. Looked very much like a film set fit for Indiana Jones. Every villa is different, so it is difficult to comment on every one of them, but overall this is a very different resort to the typical hotels you will find around Ubud. Our villa was number 303, was very spacious and had a private swimming pool.

We couldn't access our private pool directly from the bedroom. We had to go out first and come down some stair. A minor detail, but something that you may want to consider, especially if you have young children. Our room was spacious but was lacking simple hooks to hang our wet towels or clothes.
