Beautiful hotel in the center of Makassar. Not that we enjoyed the streets of central Makassar but the hotel is great when you have to spend the night before travelling to your next destination. The staff is 10/10, kind and always with a smile. The breakfast and the food in hotel restaurant is good. Room feels luxorius and the bed is sooo comfortable.

Bathroom is a little bit worn out and some old stains on the towels, but still felt fresh and clean.

Good localization, just a few steps from Losari Beach. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are also available rooms for smokers, so for us, that was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only one minus with the swimming pool - it looked out like the water was dirty, but I'm not sure.

Breakfast buffet was the most extended I experienced in more than 20 years travelling

The speed and effectiveness of the 4 elevators was minimal

The room was clean and good with working central AC that easily adjusted. The bathroom was clean and they provided complete toiletries. The hot and cold water worked well. The water pressure in the shower was great; it was rain shower though. The towels were clean and dry. The room had mini fridge that I used to keep my fruits. The view from the room was great. The flatscreen TV had lots of channels. The bed were my favorite; it was so comfy, it wasn't soft nor hard, it was perfect.

I didn't get the room I booked. The receptionist told me that it was because the hotel was full and I thought it might be because I check in late. But I already contacted the property via booking.com (because my plane delayed and I would arrived late to the property) but there was no responses. But during the check in process I thought that the receptionist trying his best to accommodate me since the hotel was fully booked because of nearby events. I didn't book room with a breakfast so I didn't know how's the breakfast.

Great hotel, close to Losari beach and 99 Kubah Mosque or 99 Golden Dome Mosque. Great breakfast, big rooms, swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.

I love that the staffs are professional and making it easy & quick when checking-in and out. The overall cleanliness is great and better be maintained. Moreover, I like how the rooms are complete with all the facilities, especially the way they really make the earth-friendly movement happen with their towel sustainable system.

Overall, my stay was great and there wasn't anything to complain about. Keep it up!

I like the location, it is near to most of tourist destination in Makassar. The hotel is well maintained. The sea view is very good.. maybe the best view..

This is my first visit, and I did not find anything that made me said I didnt like about this hotel so far..

Location is walking distance to Pantai Losari, eating place and others major attractions of Makassar. Staff is very helpful.
