Bara at reception was great and his young offsider that was on duty. They helped me out alot and they also help the young Thai Couple that was able to use one of our rooms we did not need. It was a great process and the lads at the front desk did an excellent job. The use of the storage room for surfboard was also very very handy as we went into town etc. Thanks for making it a great stay.

A super convenient location if you have a flight departure early in the morning. I liked that there was a free buffet breakfast and available from 5am which was also convenient for us to have before our flight. The beds were comfortable!

It is a little pricey for what it is but worth for the location to save time in commuting. As the hotel is right in the airport you can hear some surrounding noises.

Wonderful quiet location with ocean views. Even though it was a hut it had all the comforts of a hotel room with air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice linens, and very clean. Though the restaurant had a basic menu there was enough to choose from during our two day stay and you get to sit looking out to the sea. Highly recommend

The hotel is convenient and comfortable, literally located just below the check-in area for departing flights. There are restaurants and a few small shops close by.

It is an airport hotel, so nothing too fancy. We could hear the departure announcements sometimes from our room (until the airport closed, and starting up again early in the morning) but not too loud.

Rooms are really confortable The position is excellent for early flights, just behind of the departure/check-in hall of the Kualanamu Airport. It is sufficiently quiet, but obviously you can hear some noise coming from the airport.

Breakfast. Only few thinks and not really good. But enough for just a quick coffee before leaving

A very comfortable stay with accommodating staff and a convenient onsite restaurant. The room was well equipped and spacious.

A standard airport hotel and so lacked personality but that’s to be expected for a hotel within the airport. You can stay in some amazing places for this price in Medan though!

The location, being inside the airport, is super convenient for an early flight the next day. It has good breakfast buffet included and friendly staff.

It is situated at the airport, in between departure and arrival terminal. Very convenient for me to get to my early morning flight the next day without having to rush.

The location is perfect, about 2 minutes’ walk from Departures. The staff were helpful and friendly and everything was clean and shiny. The room itself was a little dark and gloomy and the air-conditioned appeared to be centrally controlled. It was a great place to stay to be close to the airport.

I found the room too hot.

Great value for money and super friendly staff. Also really convenient.

Google maps and booking.com lead me somewhere outside the airport which resulted in a 5km motorbike trip I didn't need to take. The hotel is actually on the second floor of the airport.
