1. The location is only 7km away from the airport. So it’s a good place if you have a flight to catch. 2. I really love it there are bikes available for guests to use for free. I rode the bike everyday.

1. The bathroom facilities definitely need improvements. There’s a gap between the bathroom doors, people can really see you from outside. And some showers are broken. 2. The room doesn’t have enough air ventilation, so it’s a bit stuffy. And for me, it’s a bit hot inside the room. 3. There are too many beds in the room and thus made it too crowded when there are many people inside, which happened on the second night I was in.

If you arrive and the dorm hasn´t been cleaned up yet, the place may seem a bit rough. But they do come and clean daily, the dorm bed was super comfy, I liked my cubicle and the privacy it gave me, the room had a good temperature and lockers for your bag. There is a supermarket next door, several cafés and restaurants with cheap local food as well where you can have dinner and buy snacks for the way. The breakfast is simple (toast, butter, jam..) but what did you expect for such a good price. Honestly a great value for money. The wifi worked fine, the staff was friendly. You can catch their shuttle to airport for 50k or call a grab (which looks cheaper but they charge extra than in the app when taking the airport road because of extra road charges)

Yes, dorm beds are 3 floors up, but if you did a hike in Bukit Lawang, you will be fine here as well. The place is not the newest overall, but honestly I dont think its too old either. Everything in a humid jungle climate just wears off faster. The dorm room was fine and had everything needed.

Very Good location, close to airport, comfortable beds, private space in "cubicles". Queit, clean in the eooms, hot water in the shower. Staff kindly helped with booking taxi and other information.

A bit too cold in the rooms with aircon +17C, easy to catch the cold. But staff adjusted the temperature as requested; very helpful guys. No one responded on my calls, messages and emails - no way to reach them out after booking.

We extended our stay night after night just because the family was so lovely and we really enjoyed spending time with them. The area is super quite in the jungle and we could just relax and do a bunch of day trips with rented bicycles, scooter and bus. It is a great place as a base to explore the area.

There are no food stands in walking distance so you need a bicycle to get lunch and dinner. Or book the wonderful cooking class with Jud ;) During our stay it was quite hot and no AC jet but they installed it during our time there 👍🏻

Very nice dorm, comfortable beds, good WiFi, free coffee and toast, Nice staff, great location 😀 near to indomart which is open 24/7 and a good, local restaurant with good food at a good price.

I was a cold at night as strong ac and just a thick sheet, no comforter. But a late checking arrived and the staff member gave me a blanket at 2:30 am and I was warm. Shuttle to the airport is not free Anymore, costs 50,000. No lockers in the dorms for valuables

This was perfect for an overnight stay before early flight. Transfer to the airport is 50k We had a double bed bunk in the mixed dorm. There are blackout curtains and aircon in the room We were able to leave our luggage on an unmade bunk (I asked permission first) because the storage lockers were out of order. The showers were hot and powerful The receptionists who checked us in were friendly. There are a few food places nearby. We ate at PappaRich, which is a chain but had nice food, reasonable prices Toast, tea and coffee is available for breakfast Good value for money

Nice location near the airport, easily reachable by public bus. Nice value for money. 10 min from airport. They have their own shared taxi that can leave at any time.

Shared bedroom can fit many guests, make sure you are a heavy sleeper or use earplugs.

I stayed in a single pod. It had a plug socket, light and a fold down table big enough for laptop. The pods are not really big enough for you and your bag so if you want your bag in with you, opt for one of the doubles. The bag can be left outside the pod though. Pod and facilities were clean. Good WiFi. They arranged my same day laundry and transport to airport. Breakfast was toast and tea and coffee. Basic but did the job. Refill of water also available. Two nice cafes just a 2 minute walk away. Perfect place to stay for transiting through.

There is no lift and the pods are up three flights of stairs. Just a heads up.

Close to the airport and great shuttle service for just 50IDR to the airport. Toast-"Breakfast" is of course very simple, but still nice that there is no need for running around to find something by yourself in the morning. Beds were spacious enough for two people. Staff was helpful.

Everything looks a bit run down. There were some cabins not yet prepared with bed sheets, where the matresses didn't look very appetizing. The lockers underneath were broken. The shower was sadly cold. And toilette paper was gone by the evening. But for the money we paid, it's really nothing to complain about seriously.
