It is close to the airport, quiet, clean and in good repair. Coffee, tea, and toast with matcha available at 4am was a bonus we did not expect. Perfect for a night before your flight. There are several restaurants and coffee places to eat at and an indomart all within a block.

The room is so small we both laughed when we saw it. It was fine since it was nice looking, clean, and we could store our suitcases under the bed easily.

- hot and cold water readily available - Air conditioning - Free breakfast (it is just toast with tea/coffee, but a free breakfast is a free breakfast in my books) - good location, near airport and in a travel hub of other hotels and some restaurants. Very safe, I had heard lots about Medan being unsafe but you’re outside the city here and the hub is somewhat gated which contributes to the feeling of safety - staff very helpful, they organised a taxi for me to the bus station to go to Toba - There’s an airport shuttle available, which is a car with however many people are going. It is cheaper than another service as a solo traveller - Two bottles of water provided

- Only minor things to say here - The rooms are very small, but they are designed as airport layover rooms so this didn’t bother me - WiFi sometimes slow - Can be noisy depending on which side you stay on. My first stay here I had a room on the travel hub side, which could hear karaoke late at night and the mosque prayers early in the morning. My second stay I had a room on the other side, which was quieter. Earplugs recommended in either case - Bed and pillows aren’t super comfy, but they are perfectly serviceable for a night as designed

Everything greats. The room nice, comfortable and clean. They prepared breakfast in early of morning. The staff also kind and friendly. You can get transportation to go to Airport which 50k rph for 1 car ( can put 4 people max). There is also Indo Maret as convinced store and some restaurants around the area.

The staircase not very inconvenient if you have a big baggage with you. To get up is okey but to get down need to be careful on that. But you can ask the staff from the counter to help you carry down the baggage.

Hotel is perfect for a quick night stop, prior to flying. Great value, and excellent location/proximity to the airport. I was very pleased with the Airport shuttle they provided to me at 4.30am ! (small cost, but 100% worth it) . As with every hotel I've stayed in Indonesia, the rooms/bathroom could do with refurbishment, but always nice and clean ! In the complex around the hotel there are a few food options and KFC.

The room is very small --- literally a bed and walkway as wide as the door. But that's fine for a quick overnight stay. The bathroom extraction was not good, and there was even condensation in the bedroom after I showered.

mas taufiq is very kind to assist us. our flight got delayed till 1 am, but he still waited for us at the airport. the room is near to airport, around 10 minutes. the room is quite comfortable as well for a shuttle stay

Perfect for 1/2 night stay if you’re laying over flights Really close to airport , best value … wifi is really good and coffee and toast from 4am The pick up service is amazing , very organized I stayed in downtown before during flights , and it’s expensive and very far from airport So I researched and found this one There’s cafes , restaurants and kfc in a walking distance

I stayed at this hotel before and it’s good enough for 1 night , if u need airport transfer they can organize a private one for 50k

1 night stay to get to airport next morning. staff is super helpful and take care of everything. good airconditioning in room, hot shower, good bed.

our window was broken so we found a giant cockroach in our room the next morning. but of a foggy smell in the mean area. overall price quality good!

The room is basically a large capsule and as a transit hotel it does what it needs to. You have everything in the room needed and there a plenty of places within the transit hub park to get food etc. There is also an indomaret. Equivalent to Seven eleven in Malaysia.

The reception area is quite bleak. As a transit hub it's fine, but if you have 12 hours to kill it could with some more facilities.

they said breakfast was 5am - 10pm, i went down at 8:30am and they told me i couldn't have it because they'd run out, not ideal when i had a long journey ahead but hey ho
