City center, a lot of Chinese eateries (tasty authentic kwetiau, mie pangsit non-halal), there is kitchen to use, free refill bottle water, hot shower. Room is not too small and public transportation is easy. Generally room is clean, but not spotless!! Pillow is soft

Except Chinese food, not so easy to find another type of food. In the room, wall is needed to be repainted to make the room looks cleaner and brighter. Bed is a bit too soft for us.

The location is a ten-minute-walk or so from Merdeka Walk (the city center) but you won’t hear noise from the streets since the location is not directly on the main street. The staffs are super kind and will pay attention to your demands. I liked that the rooms have window, so you could always switch between outdoor and air-conditioned air for your room, a feature I consider necessary in this pandemic. The property also has a kitchen where you could use the utensils if you get your food order from outside, just don’t forget to wash them yourselves after using.

I wish the owner could really reinforce the indoor no-smoking policy! I had to ask for a different room because the first one always smelled from the cigarettes puffed away by some guests outside the room. Alas, after the staffs were kind enough to let me switch room, I had the same problem with the second one! The problem was while the rooms were equipped with air conditioners, the doors of both rooms that I stayed in had some gaps where the smokes of the cigarettes could flow in from outside the rooms. If you’re sensitive to cigarettes’ smoke like I am, this could ruin your entire sleep (and lungs)!

The building and rooms are nice and clean. Staff friendly, location superb and the common areas are nice room very good hotel.

The WiFi is weak in some rooms.

I currently have a very sore leg so stairs were not an option. The staff quickly accommodated me to a lower floor room in a quiet area. Thank you and I prefer that room in the future. I will return.

NO WIFI Get that WIFI working please

This place is nothing special but for a one night stay it met my needs. Staff were especially friendly and made the stay safe and welcoming.

We went at this hotel 2 times during our holidays. This first time, We had a room in the 3rd floor, and I didn't get the bad reviews: the room was really nice, clean, with a lovely bathroom, hot shower. The first time, everything was really nice (except some people doing a noisy mess late at night) so We booked a 2nd time there when we'll be back

The second time was really different. We had a room in the 1st floor and I understood the bad reviews... Really strong smell of humidity, moisture all over the walls, floor was constantly wet... The view from the windows was garbage. Hot water didn't work properly in the shower. It wasn't unbearable for 1 night but... Really disappointing However, WIFI works well, there's water dispenser and girl in the reception is lovely
