Cozy, but small room, love the roof terrace. Staff was friendly and tried to help (English isn’t that good, but worked with hands and feet). Would only recommend a short stay, Medan isn’t a nice city so spend time in. There’s a Mall 10 min walk, where you can have food and shopping.

Bathroom should be renovated

Very nice personell, helpful, ok English, surprisingly good bed for a cheap hotel, clean, can get cold water in reception, but it doesn't stay cold for long.

No small fridge for cold drinks, no kettle for warm water for my coffee, the shower is without curtains, so all is wet when showering.

I like the comfy bed. The AC is doing well, the comforter added extra comfort to our rest. Overall it is worth the money for my stay.

It didn't have an elevator so I have to climb so many flight of stairs to get to my room at level 3.

The rooftop garden is beautiful, helpful staff, management were responsive to queries, nice and new facility.

You have to tell the housekeepers to clean your room even if you put the sign on your door.

Clean and located centrally. Smart TV with Netflix which is great. Comfy bed. Hot and cold drinking water available

The bathroom is very small. The hotel is quite noisy
