Quite a new hotel and everything is still in good condition. Walking distance to Podomoro Mall and Nasi Padang Sederhana. Spacious and nice looking lobby. Externally, the hotel look great

The main complaint was the existence of Night Club which should not be there in a hotel looking for peace and tranquility. We were at lower 6th floor to be away from the Night Club, even then the vibration still managed to be transmitted to the pillows and from the pillows to the ear. Without the Night Club, the Hotel should be the preferred place in Medan. The shower head did not function well and the rain water shower did not spray the water nicely. We agreed with the previous review that the Hotel is trying to be a 4-Star but moving the wrong way. Reaching Podomoro Mall from the Hotel, the crossing to the Mall is a nightmare, luckily security is available to assist…

Excellent swimming pool with plenty of space for adults and children. . Rooms are very clean and the floor staff are attentive and hardworking. Good location walking distance from Centre point shopping mall and railway station. Recommend exploring the old Chinatown on the far side of Centre point. Some great family run restaurants. Next to hotel, there is an old Methodist church and further down the street a Buddhist temple. Sumatra has an interesting history of adopting different religions and cultures.

Room rates seem to change dramatically depending on time of booking.

Top-class new hotel from 2023. Rooms clean, functional and as per photos. Wifi and air conditioning ok. Connected TV. Good breakfast buffet.

Restaurant food not great but staff trying to improve.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely great. The room was very well priced. The hotel is very well located, just down the road from the train station, two stunning shopping complexes nearby, Deli Park and Centre Point Medan. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Not so much the hotel, but the footpaths around the local area are terrible.

Location is a mere 5 mins walk from the airport train station. Walkable to the big malls, close to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is pretty big. Smart TV is very functional and allows screen mirroring. Superb value for money, will definitely stay here again if there is a next Medan trip.

The nightclub bass rocks the whole building, can be a nuisance for people who aren't there for nightlife.

The hotel is fairly new compared to the surrounding areas, it’s modern, grand, has good facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc. the staff we’re helpful and friendly and also accommodating to me cancelling 2 of my 7 rooms that I booked for a large group, free of charge.

The pool was being refurbished so we were unable to use it. The gym machines could not be used at 5-6am in the morning as the power to the room must be turned off during certain hours.

It’s clean and the beds are firm and not the soft and bouncy type. We had a good nights sleep.

The entrance for Grab / Gojek /Taxis is not prominent. I experienced 2 lost drivers who couldn’t find their way and had to make one big round again (one way road outside the hotel) in the massive jam. We got to the airport later coz our driver took an additional 20min in the detour. Suggest that the entrance be lit clearly with big signages.

The bed is really comfortable. They offer a welcome drink and the pool is long enough for swimming. The waterfall shower is amazing.

The interior does seem so fresh anymore although the hotel is quite new. There are spots and scratches on the furniture. The restaurant was closed, only the bistro was open. It seemed very empty.

renovation is ongoing as the hotel just newly opened on 10th January 2023 (informed by staff) so please expect noise if you plan to stay in nearly future. There is a rooftop lounge (more to disco vibes),hence choose lower level if you choose to relax and calm. Lack of hanging point in the toilet. No hairdryer provided. Limited clothes hanger (only 2?) breakfast is moderate.
