As expected from a 4• hotel : Nice Spacious room, warm water, Helpful staff Wide varity for breakfast, however catering more to indonasian taste. Big shopping mall within walking distance, as is the trainstation to the airport.

Even the sealed windows couldn't keep out the noise from a mosque. The light for the working desk is too weak .

Staff were very nice from the moment to arrive. Had someone bring your luggage and take you up to your room. The pool area is very nice, with the train station and shopping malls close by.

The hot water pressure in my room wasn’t the best but it isn’t a deal breaker still was able to have a warm shower comfortably.

Friendly & reliable staff....food is good & more than enough choices. Walking distance to podomoro shopping mall a bonus.

At certain times, during breakfast, there was not enough seating capacity....

Great location with the railway station only a 400 metre walk,so that you can travel easily ( 35 minutes)from the airport which is 40kms out of town. Local eating establishments across the road from the hotel provide a good selection at reasonable prices. Crossing the road can be a daunting task on peak hour. Bed was comfortable, great AIRCON and hot shower. Good sized room.

Bathroom needs a good workout with bleach to clean out the mould in the shower and the shower fittings need a good thorough clean.

Many functions at hall, it's difficult to move around.many people standing in lobby. Need some places to go out

Restaurant takes hours to send the food to the room. Can be improved. Most of the time we cancel the order due to late delivery. Towels needs to be improved
