The rooms are beautiful and, perched on the cliff top overlooking the ocean, they provide a visual and audible experience, unlike anywhere else. The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a very good experience had here.

Smoking. Why are people allowed to smoke where others are eating and relaxing? If it's thought they have the right to smoke, then others also have the right NOT to smoke. This policy needs to change.

It was absolutely stunning, the staff were amazing! The view is unbeatable, so worth the price.

The bed was a little on the hard side but still a good sleep.

Everything about our experience was incredible. From the lovely man who picked us up from the yellow bridge, all the way to the security, gardeners, and multiple other beautiful staff members who were always so kind. The views are breathtaking, to be honest photos don’t do it justice - I am so glad we booked this stay! The staff at the restaurant are phenomenal, and the service was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, we loved all of the food and juices, and the coffee was great. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we truly cannot wait to come back. Ps - you cannot beat the sunset by the pool. It is breath taking! Really want to emphasise how kind the staff were, they truly made the experience even better.

The staff were incredible; easily the most wonderful staff at any hotel I have ever visited. They were so thoughtful and attentive.. I've never experienced anything like it! 😍 The small details; the free snacks and sodas daily, beautiful bathroom products, sunscreen and after sun gel, linens, beach bag, the free shuttle. This place provides so many little extras that most places charge for. The accommodation is very well thought out and makes your stay very special The room; although it was a bit rough being rainy season, the rooms/tents are beautiful and comfortable. The bed was comfy, linens perfect. The layout of the room made it very enjoyable The food; impeccable food and absolutely stunning given the fact you're on a tiny island - though I would have liked to have seem some local dishes on the menu

Really very little 'wrong' - more a few areas to consider The general facilities; the pool is too small and right in front of the restaurant- so to swim you're basically a public performer 🤣. Similarly, there are not enough places to relax in the hotel outside of the few lounges in the restaurant (that is open to public). If you're here in rainy season there are few places to hide from the rain The tents; these held up well given we had a lot of wind and rain, but probably need an outer protective layer to prevent the rain and wind letting small amounts of water in. Overall though they were lovely, just a few early teething issues.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was truly excellent! The staff were very attentive, friendly and kind - providing top quality service throughout our stay! The rooms were fantastic - the bedding and amenities were extremely high quality, and they had a stunning view over the cliff! And the complimentary soft drinks and snacks (that get refilled daily) were so handy and nice to have! The main restaurant and pool area are definitely the highlight of the hotel! The breakfast choice was amazing, and very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay on the beautiful island!

The concept is really good, it could be noisy with the rain for example since it is a tent but was completely ok for us, and the tent is really luxurious with air co, shower, toilet, big bed, plenty of light, possibility to open or not each side. The location is good since it is a bit far from center and so the tourists, and next to the blue lagoon. Most of the tents are facing the sea which is wonderful. The main restaurant is well designed, full of bamboo, and you can eat some really good meat. Also the staff is really kind and available for any request, they will also facilitate your transfer from your boat to the hotel and vice versa. The swimming pool is stunning wirh the feeling to be in the sea. You can also see turtle and manta in the sea from the pool.

They can improve a bit the restaurant by proposing local food.

It is such a new and amazing experience that you have to do if you’re looking for a new stay. It is the perfect meaning of glamping, the tents are big and clean and air conditioned. Also has a magnificent pool with a good Dj. And vibes. However the tents are still calm and living the vibrant island vibes. The SPA there is one of a kind and a must try. The staff are really friendly they take good care of you and bring you from the harbor directly to the tent “complimentary service”. They have tours around the island and all the neighboring islands too Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and all the snorkeling trips.

This place blew me away! I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The glamping is pure luxury—think turn-down service, fresh daily robes, complimentary snacks and breakfast, and views that are a solid 12/10. The room was perfectly laid out, and the bed? Absolute heaven. Falling asleep and waking up with the ocean right outside was next-level soothing—I felt so grounded. The staff were incredible—huge shoutout to Sagotra and Anjas. They went above and beyond, sorting scooters for our adventures, organising snorkelling tours, running a free shuttle service (pick-ups, drop-offs, the works), and even taking care of our laundry. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ve been raving about this place to everyone I know, and I’ll definitely be back. My partner and I had the most amazing time—it’s the kind of place that sticks with you long after you leave.

I honestly loved almost everything about my stay, but one small addition could make it even better—a larger communal glamping tent or lounge area. It would be great to have a cosy space where guests can relax, read, or get some work done when they want to be out of their room but not necessarily at the pool or restaurant. A massage or spa facility would also be a great touch to elevate the experience further!

Everything was unreal. The absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The infinity pool are was amazing. We saw dolphins, turtles and manta rays from the pool. Breakfast and lunch was very good. Staff is amazing and very service minded. The only ”negative” I can think about is that the bathroom/toilet is just behind the wall of the bed and it’s no door or even curtain to close behind you. Will recommend to everyone and definitely come back.
