The rooms are beautiful and, perched on the cliff top overlooking the ocean, they provide a visual and audible experience, unlike anywhere else. The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a very good experience had here.

Smoking. Why are people allowed to smoke where others are eating and relaxing? If it's thought they have the right to smoke, then others also have the right NOT to smoke. This policy needs to change.

It was absolutely stunning, the staff were amazing! The view is unbeatable, so worth the price.

The bed was a little on the hard side but still a good sleep.

Everything about our experience was incredible. From the lovely man who picked us up from the yellow bridge, all the way to the security, gardeners, and multiple other beautiful staff members who were always so kind. The views are breathtaking, to be honest photos don’t do it justice - I am so glad we booked this stay! The staff at the restaurant are phenomenal, and the service was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, we loved all of the food and juices, and the coffee was great. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we truly cannot wait to come back. Ps - you cannot beat the sunset by the pool. It is breath taking! Really want to emphasise how kind the staff were, they truly made the experience even better.

The staff were incredible; easily the most wonderful staff at any hotel I have ever visited. They were so thoughtful and attentive.. I've never experienced anything like it! 😍 The small details; the free snacks and sodas daily, beautiful bathroom products, sunscreen and after sun gel, linens, beach bag, the free shuttle. This place provides so many little extras that most places charge for. The accommodation is very well thought out and makes your stay very special The room; although it was a bit rough being rainy season, the rooms/tents are beautiful and comfortable. The bed was comfy, linens perfect. The layout of the room made it very enjoyable The food; impeccable food and absolutely stunning given the fact you're on a tiny island - though I would have liked to have seem some local dishes on the menu

Really very little 'wrong' - more a few areas to consider The general facilities; the pool is too small and right in front of the restaurant- so to swim you're basically a public performer 🤣. Similarly, there are not enough places to relax in the hotel outside of the few lounges in the restaurant (that is open to public). If you're here in rainy season there are few places to hide from the rain The tents; these held up well given we had a lot of wind and rain, but probably need an outer protective layer to prevent the rain and wind letting small amounts of water in. Overall though they were lovely, just a few early teething issues.

The staffs is very friendly and helpful. They spoke very fluent English. They would do their best to help. There are lots restaurant for best food. Mahana point for surfing and sunset view ( 5min walk ).

- no place for chilling The only place is the infinity pool, which when you sit there you have to order food from restaurant. I suggest offered a place for hotel guests to chill and relax. - mosquitoes They provided mosquitoes repellent but there's still few there,make sure the door is closed all the time - no light at swing place

Extraordinary location. Worth it just for that. “Tents” beautifully appointed. Spacious, stylish and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. And did I mention the views? Yes. Go for a lagoon view room or ocean view room to get the full experience

Small things but worth getting right… insistent electronic music ( the sort we call doosh doosh) in the pool / lounge area drove us away to the nice (and cheaper plus beach) next door Suku. Secondly no gluten free food which is pretty unusual these days. Made many of the inclusive breakfast items inaccessible to me. I think this is an easy fix.

Amazing location with ocean and a cliff view. Sleeping with the sound of waves was a whole different experience altogether. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very cozy. They also have a daily frequent shuttle service to and from the bridge which you can utilize any time free of cost.

After checking in the receptionist asked for a 10 mil IDR security which they said would be utilized if I avail their services and the rest of the amount would be transferred back to my account within 20 days. I found that a bit strange as I found no such policy here. So I refused and told them I would just directly use my credit card on the spot if I use any of their other services, to which they agreed. Breakfast was average.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was truly excellent! The staff were very attentive, friendly and kind - providing top quality service throughout our stay! The rooms were fantastic - the bedding and amenities were extremely high quality, and they had a stunning view over the cliff! And the complimentary soft drinks and snacks (that get refilled daily) were so handy and nice to have! The main restaurant and pool area are definitely the highlight of the hotel! The breakfast choice was amazing, and very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay on the beautiful island!

A truly special glamping experience with breathtaking views overlooking the Blue Lagoon on Ceningan Island. The tents are beautifully designed, very comfortable, and feel luxurious even without a bathtub. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the setting and atmosphere make it a memorable stay.

Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. Mistakes happened not just once, but consistently on both days of my stay – and not only with my order. For the price and the beautiful setting, I expected more attention to detail. Serving high-priced wine in plastic glasses felt out of place. Overall, the experience seemed a bit overrated and didn’t quite match the price-performance expectations.
