The location, the view, and the staff were all great.

The only negative that there are lots of day trippers who use the pool and communal area making it very loud and impossible to find seats. They come as the location is the best but it would be nice if the pool area was for hotel guests only.

Really pretty hut we stayed in with a really nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Lovely pool with an amazing view and a beautiful beach as a bonus. It is really close to some beach clubs and surf bars to have lunch/dinner. Breakfast was tasty but small portions - view from restaurant was so good. Man at the reception was really nice and helpful.

The staff at the restaurant were a bit unfriendly. They seem like they don’t care about their job and always grumpy. Beach is really nice but can’t swim much in it because of rocks and seaweed. Room was mostly clean however the mosquito net had many brown stains on it.

THE BEACH!!! It was divine. Best swimming and surfing we have ever seen. Can't wait to come back.

We are mid fifties so the bungalow wasn't really suited to us. Walking down steep stairs in the night for the toilet was not ideal. Next time we will take a ground room.

The host and staff were very attentive and accommodating. They were extremely helpful when we had a medical issue with someone in our party. Not only did they step up, but also many other Balinease who saw our situation. Thank you, Giant, and thank your staff. The location of Secret Point Huts is great and the views of the ocean are amazing. The complementary breakfast is adequate.

The huts are good size for two people and beds comfortable. The only real problem is the wide gaps in the doors that allow for mosquitos to enter even when doors are closed and curtains are drawn. Not good when going to sleep and need to apply mosquito product after a refreshing shower.

The Good, the Bad, and the not Ideal. It would be hard to give this place a SOLID 5 stars, but it really is ALMOST that great.  The Good: probably for the money, this is the best location on the east side of the island. Looking at Mahana Point, watching the surfers, seeing the tide come in, then go out hundreds of yards, is fascinating. The two breakfast offerings are OK and you can upgrade to pancakes and other options. Their rooms are decent size, they offer several different types, including family rooms if you want 3 beds. The quiet at night is overwhelming and my 9:00 pm the place is buttoned up. The Bad is not really bad, but some of the upkeep needs some attention. We had a problem with the AC when we arrived, so they had to replace it and we moved rooms. The electricity (and wifi) went out a few times, but hey, this IS an island, so that can happen. (But it was their router), and we lost hot water until we realized all we had to do is request a new propane tank. Our sink clogged, they fixed it, but even though they CAN clean daily, I think they need a solid maintenance plan—including cleaning the AC filter. The not Ideal: it is REALLY Important to check the BATHROOM location in your unit, since ours was OUTSIDE (no roof, very Bali-like)--not usually a problem--but so was the toilet and sink. For those who get up at night, this is and was a problem, but they allowed us to switch to a better room, same price, and all was good.  Overall, their staff is capable, the breakfast people and front desk guy (Thanks, Putu), especially. Would we come back here? In a heartbeat, and we will.

The location couldn’t be better if you surf - the pool overlooks the waves and you can easily jump in whenever you like throughout the day as you just go down the steps to the beach and paddle a short distance. It was quiet everyday too! The staff were extremely helpful, arranging our boat back to Bali and taxi on the other side with no extra charge. Easy to arrange scooter hire at a good price. Spacious room with a fridge which was a plus!

The rooms are quite basic and more storage would be useful - but for the price and location, it’s not a problem.

This place is at one of the best locations on the island. The beach straight down the steps is one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches to swim at. The water is cool and refreshing. You aslo have the option on 2 pools. Putu, Made and staff could not do enough o make sure you had everything you needed. Breakfast was simple and delicious coffee. There are a few options for rooms. I went for a night and stayed for 5. Amazing value for money. I will be back!

The rooms would benefit with a clothes rack so you don't have to hang wet clothes over the veranda. A little stand in the bathroom for toiletries would be a great addition. Nothing that would stop me returning though!

Bearing in mind this was only a 3* resort. The value per night for bed and breakfast was excellent. Location was out standing, perched on a small cliff overlooking the beach and surf breakers below. Access to beach was by some steps. beautiful beach when tide is out with lots of areas to explore, when tide is in sandy part of beach is virtually inaccessible. Resort properties were ideal for us, had the basics, bed very comfortable, room cosy with a/c. Infinity pool overlooking the sea was amazing, the resort has two pools. Staff very friendly, chatty and helpful. Mr Giantpatu is a truly remarkable gentleman, very helpful nothing too much effort, he'd bend over backwards to help out in any way. Moped hire from the resort very competitive. Famous Blue Lagoon only a few mins walk away from resort. Food and beverage prices very reasonable. You certainly get a lot of value for your money here. Lovely sunsets here also, however, you will need to go onto the beach to see them. When tide is right lovely to watch the surfers. Bar area has great views across the bay. Ceningan island has a lot to offer. I would not think twice about staying here again.

Only small negative I would say would be a shower screen would be ideal in wet room to separate toilet from shower as toilet does get wet when shower is used along with toilet paper if not removed.

Amazing location and spectacular views. Great value for money. It’s very peaceful and the pools are lovely (although the water was quite warm). I was fortunate to have one of the bungalows at the front and it was lovely to sit on the spacious balcony and enjoy the views. The rooms are small but very cute and very clean.

There was no tea, coffee or water provided in the room so you had to get everything from the restaurant. Breakfast provided was not great and the wifi not very reliable. The steps (almost a ladder) down to the bathroom are narrow and very steep and you need to take care.

We decided to upgrade after one night in the smaller bungalows (they were at the rear of the property and close to the road). Mr. Putu, the manager was very accommodating and we were very happy in our family sized villa. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows, and great views of Secret Point with stairs down to a great beach. The restaurant was very good with free breakfast every day. Great staff, but note that the reception desk closes in the afternoon. Mr. Putu is always available via WhatsApp though.

The A/C was a bit weak for our room size. Two units would be needed to truly cool the room. As it was, only one bed got cool air and the other one stayed hot pretty much all night. Shower never really got hot water going, but it’s Bali and we reframed our mindset to consider it a refreshing experience.
