The villas are very luxurious. There was a water cooler in the villa which is very handy. The pool area was great. The staff were very helpful. You are provided with snacks and drinks in the villa which you can purchase.

The location is approximately 1hr car ride from the harbour and the main area of Nusa Penida, but is close to Diamond Beach and Atuh Beach. The food was good but not amazing. There is no on-site restaurant or anything but you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner delivered to the villa. They ran out of many items while we were there. We were never able to get cappuccinos.

Spacious, very clean and new villas at walking distance from Diamond Beach. Nice restaurants and SPA in close proximity. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

For travellers seeking for action and beach clubs this property is probably a bit out of direction as it takes about 1 hour drive from the harbor where most facilities are located. The good thing: it is very quiet and you can easily be at Diamond Beach before the crowds from Bali arrive

The villa has exceeded our expectations. The location of this hotel is amazing, it's near to the main attractions of the island which is Diamond beach and Atuh Beach. you can take a walk to these beaches you dont have to have a scooter. The villa was soooo big, so it's better to go with group of people. The food was not good much, it was very normal and less quantity. However, you can go and try a restaurant called Raja Lima which is 5 minutes away from the hotel (Their food was really amazing plus they have a nice ambience where you can see the sea). i loved the villa's swimming pool it was very relaxing and chilling. also there was a spa that's linked to the hotel, i highly recommend their 60 minutes full body massage, it was heaven

there was a very annoying neighbours where they were very loud. it kinda of ruined our relaxing and chilling vibes, because in this island it's very quite and the only thing you would want to hear is nature. we had to call the hotel multiple times to ask them to be quite.

The rooms were very large and the view was beatiful. The decor of the rooms matched the scenery. Very close to Diamond Beach and Thousand islands and the tree house where you can see the beatiful sunrise. Those from the property bring your meals to the villa.

The staircase going upstairs was dangerous for children. The towels were wet and had an unpleasant smell. The location is very far from the port (the road there is very bad) and there are no entertainment options in the area.

This place is amazingly designed. Big light rooms, 3 terraces, very comfortable beds We slept like babies Very quite and peaceful But I wouldn’t stay here for longer. I need more crowd around 😃 The prices around are very good. Spa, restaurants, anything you need to relax Unlimited water is definitely plus

The area is quite far from the harbour. Though it’s 15 minutes from Diamond Beach Curtains are very stainy, maybe because of the rains The pool was quite dirty

Luxury villas in a quiet and relaxing setting. Gigantic villa with enormous kitchen and living space and very spacious rooms. Common pool but still feels very secluded as there are only 4 villas. You can walk to the beautiful diamond and atuh beaches to see the sunrise. No bar/restaurant but a filled mini-bar and amazing room service through WhatsApp. They can also facilitate the contact of someone to arrange transfers and tours who is very reliable.

Although beautiful place to stay only average window views (dirt roads/palm trees/worksite on one side). Doors are difficult to close but you can very easily work around it (and turn twice the key). Main downside is the noise - poor insulation so you hear everything outside - lots of gecko noises and scraping in the ceilings from palm tree that can easily be confused for animals. If you are a light sleeper likely not a place for you but did not bother me too much.

The property is super. We loved our 3 bedroom villa. Aesthetically appealing and clean villa from top to bottom. It was worth booking for a relaxing stay in nusa penida. Diamond beach and Atuh beach were nearby and we had a good time walking & exploring the area around the villas. Nice food and very helpful, polite staff. We could order food & beverages on whatsapp to the service number provided and it would get delivered to our villa. Pool was big enough and clean.

The villa was stunning and spacious. We loved the quick food service, filtered water, stocked mini bar, spacious deck overlooking the compound, and the quiet pool. The staff provided excellent service. The location was in walking distance of Atuh Beach, Diamond Beach, Tree House, and several good restaurants.

The roads were pretty bumpy getting in and out.

The Villa and proximity to Diamond Beach exceeded our expectations. Every aspect about the interior of the Villa was spot on, from furniture to artwork. The body lotions and washes provided were great. The outside deck was spacious with both a dining table and lounge. Dining in house was a nice surprise and made the stay easy. Pool area beautiful, enough shade and lounges.

staffing a little hit and miss. A few bin liners weren’t replaced after housekeeping. some breakdown in communication doesn’t always make it easy.

We did rent a bike from the property and 10 minutes after using it, a red signal from the engine temperature was on and we got a bad smell of burn, so we stopped right away and called to get a new bike. We had to wait 45min to get it, which has ruined our morning as we wanted to leave early before the tourist come.
