The view is breathtaking, every room face the Agung mountain. The foods of the restaurant is great and better than outside. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, offer the free pickup from the harbor and they can organize everything what you need.

We booked this place for the view and that did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that the tv was connected to streaming services so we had the luxury of unwinding with a movie at night. Air con was very good. The hotel arranged taxi for us and our driver was the best. Penida taxi drivers in general are the GOATs.

Something to keep in mind is that the west side (Kelingking) and east side (Diamond beach) of Penida are both about an hour drive away from this hotel, so plan accordingly.

Everything!! I rarely give 10s but this property is not flashy but so chilled and gorgeous staff Perfect view, pool, room had good fridge, great air con and the best hot water shower and great value. Yes you need scooters but who doesn’t like venturing out in the evening and finding a great little Warung or beachside restaurant?

The view from the pool is breathtaking. The staff were absolutely amazing. So nice and helpful! I liked the detail of having a specific place we're to hang the wet clothes. Their restaurant is good.

Breakfast is rather limited. The rooms are ok but the lighting is terrible. You can barely see anything. You have to consider taking taxis or renting a motorbike e as it is not accessible to anything by foot.

pool was amazing, we stayed in the family cottage and it was a dream, love the place, the view and the staff were fantastic, it is a bit far from the beach so we had to get car to come down from the mountain and we chill at a place called secret penida closer to the beach, this cottage is great for a romantic get away, however with kids gets a bit boring for them. restaurant is small however the food was great. it was my birthday and my husband organized a bdy surprise staff was amazing.

The view and only the view. You will be blown away by the spectacular view this property offers when you enter. One of the best infinity pools I have seen so far. Staffs are super friendly and always there to listen and solve your problems. There is not much to say about this property. If you were staying for a night in Nusa Penida and missed this property, you definitely have missed something.

The choice of food served at the restaurants could be better, as the property is on the higher ground, and if you don't have your Scooty, it will be tough to get to a restaurant. But again, you are there for the view, not the food.

The location is hard to deal with, can’t walk around you need absolutely a taxi or bike to move. A second thing not specific to the hotel but to Nusa Penida , the island is not developed and eating options are very limited and roads are in a bad shape… I think a day trip is a better option for Nusa penida

Location and view amazing. The Cottages have all an amazing view on the ocean. The infinity pool is gorgeous and the staff super kind. We stayed there 3 day and we also used the massage service that was good too. Rooms are clean and made out good quality finishing and materials. All good!

The water of the pool and in the bathroom was full of chlorine and you don't dare to open your eyes because you get a sting itching.

It's a beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged everything for us, from car rental to wellness arrangement. They also made our honey moon stay extra special. The food was also excellent.

The shower is the family cottage was not working well because of lime scale. The wifi was also not working well in our room although there are 2 different connections.
