The view and apartment was amazing, it was nice that you can book activities right from hotel. The girls on reception especially komang are so sweet and polite.

We received a warm welcome on arrival with ice cold welcome drinks. It is hard to get around Nusa Penida without renting a moped or having a driver. We used their taxi driver to drop us to where we wanted to go, for example to dinner (would recommend Secret Penida for watching the sunset over dinner) etc. which was very handy. They were always attentive and ready to collect whenever we wanted and always sooo friendly. Really beautiful clean and dry rooms, with working air conditioning and space to put your belongings. We liked the fact we had our own space, having the balcony to sit on and enjoy the views was amazing. I got up in the mornings to watch the sunrise which was beautiful.

The roads driving to the hotel are very steep and extremely uneven and bumpy so be prepared for this. Completely out of the hotels control, but there were a lot of ants crawling on our balcony, in our room and in our bathroom. There was also a large gecko in our bathroom and lots of little geckos too. But with the nature of the bathroom being outside, little creatures are to be expected!

Very beautiful view and lovely cabins with view on the swimming pool and the mountain. The outside bathroom is also nice and in good condition. I had to play a little hit with the air con to adjust it because it gets very hot Some nice little restaurants within 10-15min walk

It’s a bit steep to get to but the taxi and scooter have no problems to get there. The breakfast is in good quantity but the quality is not the best we have had. For example, the pancakes are very heavy and not actually made with banana, it’s served on the side. It’s a shame because we have had very good banana pancakes everywhere in Bali. We have tried the other breakfast options as well and it was also a bit disappointing quality wise.

The view first of all is great, overlooking the ocean and the volcano on Bali island, the pool also adds a plus and the vegetation, you kinda have it all. The bungalow was clean, open air bathroom, a bit noisy from the ac unit outside. Our time of stay was in December and was a bit hot, so be aware that during the dry season it might be too much. The pool was great with some minuses which I will present lower. Overall very good experience.

The pool needs a very big improvement concerning the stairs, very very slippery, my girlfriend fell, we did not complain but she was lucky not to have really bad injuries. Ps: I also was in the same spot but I managed to find my balance. The bathroom needs a bit more protection over the toilet, if you have a business there and it rains (you get the picture) .

We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at this delightful oasis a short distance off main road around Buyuk habour. It's a newly opened so not a lot of reviews yet. The staff are super friendly & accommodating lead by the dynamic and wonderful manager, Komang. Breakfast included & was great. They don't have an onsite restaurant but can organise dinner or lunch delivered to your room. It's a steep hill to the resort so having your own transport helpful. A short section of the road is challenging but you do get used to it. We hired a new Yamaha NMax bike from the resort. Price very reasonable & bike was best we have hired in Bali. They even blessed it for us! Highly recommend as a base for exploring the wonders of Nusa Penida.

Beautiful view, great pool and garden! Breakfast is good but really small, portions should be bigger. They organise really good manta ray trip for us and rented us a great scooter. We were on our honeymoon and they decorated bed and tub for us 😁😁🥰

Breakfast portions are really really small, but I found that in whole Bali the portions of food are like 50% smaller then in Europe. Also the location is quite strange, it is on beautiful hill but the road to come there is really bed so just be prepeared for that, for us it wasn't problem but just to know :)

This place is literally some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They helped my husband with a full round trip transfer between the main island of Bali and Nusa Penida. They are kind and friendly and help you with ANYTHING. Also I mentioned it was our honeymoon and they decked the room out in flowers and even gave us a flower bath. It was magical and we genuinely loved our stay- also the restaurant nearby is some of the best food I’ve ever had and very healthy!

Nothing it’s really lovely. Be prepared that all over Nusa Penida the roads are not very paved and they are incredibly narrow. If you are prone to motion sickness come prepared.

- Completely new hotel area with only 8 wooden bungalows, which made it a private stay - Wooden Bungalows are modern, have Netflix and AC. Each bungalow has an outdoor bathroom, which is lovely for taking a shower! - Very Very friendly staff! Reading your wishes and always being there too help! They went down to the store to get some juice and medicine for me, when I was not feeling well - They organise transfers from and to the harbour for you - Even though they do not have all services available (laundry, spa, ...), they make everything possible! They did help us with the laundry, got a spa appointment to come to our hotel and have a massage. They are just lovely! - They way to the hotel is not as scary as people describe! We as scooter beginners went up the gravel Road and it only took us 5min! Don't be scared of the reviews please, otherwise you will miss this wonderful place - They have a lovely pool area with great views!

-Breakfast options could be improved, something more fresh would be lovely! (Had sandwich, toast & egg, fried noodles and fried rice available, with fruit to every option)

WE LOVED IT! The cottages are very cozy but spacious. The view from the garden is stunning! We watched amazing sunsets and sunrises from there. As the place is up the hill, it was quiet, but you can still reach restaurants etc. within a 10 min walk. Komang was the nicest host and helped us with all the questions we had, organizing a scooter and drivers. We definately would come here again and wish all the best for the Plumeria Team!!

As Plumeria is brand new, the very last part of the road is a bit bumpy, but no problem if you're used to driving a scooter. The staff even offered to give us a lift, if we didn't want to drive ourselfs.

Beautiful view over the ocean. Magical sunrise and sunset from the lovely pool. Nice rooms with a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Very peaceful location and environment to soak up the view. Best of all super friendly, helpful and flexible staff that helped us with everything. No restaurant at this premise but they had good cooperation with nice nearby restaurants for delivery. Also helped us with scooter renting, massage and laundry service. New fresh hotel that we strongly recommend.
