Travelled with a 5 YO kid in Sept 2023. The rooms were amazing and had great view. Breakfast had limited options and they asked our preference the night before. The quality and taste of food was really amazing. We loved the pancake, Bread and toast, and egg toast. It was so much more than what is sounds like. There was complimentary fruit platter served to each. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Even though the last 50 mtrs of approach road was a bit steep, cars can approach quite comfortably and I could manage to climb up in a scooty with my wife and kid. If you are opting for the two bed option, choose villa number A-5 to get uninterrupted sunrise view from your room which shouldnt be missed. Staff was courteous. THey recommended us a restaurant called Warung Ojiz (apologies if I am getting the spelling wrong). this warung has free pick up and drop service to the resort, and offers some really great food along with one of the best views.

It was a beautiful setting with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. There is a new bar getting up and running with staff being trained up. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and super helpful. They arranged everything we needed.

We thought we were getting a sea front room or that is what we asked for. Didn't get one. We needed two beds so were placed in a room with a mezzanine with dangerous spiral steps. It had a mattress on the floor and no curtains. So from sunrise on it was like a sweat box even with air con going. I was covered in ants when I woke up and felt them crawling over me all night. Ended up having share the ground floor bed with my sister. Not a great experience. An easy fix would be to put some curtains up and raise the bed off the floor. The owners need to do a bit better with this. They also need to check in all of the corners when cleaning and stock up the toilet paper. We had to ask for it each day.

I read a few negative reviews about the staff so i was a bit skeptical, but the location was so nice and so were all the pictures so i took the risk and booked it anyway, but to my awe, the staff was so nice, one of the best experience with that, they were really polite and humble Indonesian people, and we messed up so bad on the ferry we have to catch the next day, but the person at reception was so kind to book the ferry and arrange the cab for us last minute, they went beyond their way to help us out, otherwise we would have stuck on the island the next day, the service was nice too and the cafe was pretty decent! i just love the place and they have all the facilities for the price it was definitely worth more, i don't know whats the fuss about in these other reviews.

We recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the stunning sea views from my room. While the room size was adequate, the bathroom was a bit compact. However, the courteous staff made up for this with their warm hospitality. One area for improvement would be the attention to cleanliness. With a bit more focus on this, the hotel could truly shine. The hotel's location is convenient, with Diamond Beach just a 30-minute drive away. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a comfortable stay with breathtaking sea views. With some refinement in cleanliness, it could be a truly exceptional experience.

The view from the room was both serene and breathtaking. I loved how close it was to coffee shops and restaurants, and Emic was always happy to drive me there on his motorcycle, which only took about 5-7 minutes. Emic deserves special commendation for being incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my entire stay. He was on top of everything, from the boat transfer until departure, always very responsive, and the hospitality of all the staff was top-notch.

Loved the view from our room and balcony. Amazing sunrise started our day of exploring and the cool breeze was a welcome retreat with the heat of the day. Refreshing pool, beautiful view for breakfast and evening meals. We did not use the spa baths x2 or the seating around the bar, but there are opportunities to find a quiet spot to sit if wanted. They organized a scooter to rent in 5 mins. Always very helpful and friendly. Again the cooling breeze and view were tops.

With Nusa Penida being a big island we located ourselves closer to Diamond Beach which was still a dangerous 1/2 hr scooter ride away. Not a huge choice of restaurants close by, and it’s dangerous walking along the roads. But we would choose this hotel again despite the above.

We loved staying here! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff went out of our way to make us comfortable and happy. The food was absolutely amazing (especially the breakfast). We travelled here with our 1 year old and the staff were so sweet and pleasant with our son. He loved them! We would absolutely come back and didn’t even want to leave. The only thing I would say that we didn’t love was the ac was on the weaker side and it is very hot in Nusa Penida.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view, would suggest if you're a family then book 2 couple room because the family room has a good view but infront they have the architecture. But overall everything was just beautiful and perfect the pool jacuzzi and the food everything was perfect. Emik one of the staff was amazing a great helping man.

Weak wifi, there's wifi but you'll have to go near the reception as of my stay, I hope they've improved. And the airconditioner was weak in the family room.

View from the balcony is magnificent facing the ocean. You can get a good sunrise view from the hotel. Infinity pool was amazing. Staff behaviour was exceptional, always helpful.

Only issue is that in breakfast option there is no bread with "sagara breakfast" category & early morning french fries option in breakfast could have been avoided. There could have been a drying stand in the hotel room to dry out wet clothes.

This was an experience far beyond expectations. The house was incredibly beautiful, with a window facing the sea. Every morning, it was awakened by the sunrise, and at night, it fell asleep with the sound of the waves. The hotel has an endless swimming pool and a massage pool, with excellent facilities. You can even make an appointment with the receptionist to have someone come for a massage, so comfortable that you can stay in the hotel every day without going anywhere. The free breakfast is also very delicious!

There is no restaurant near the hotel, so we can only eat at the hotel. Although it is delicious, there are too few options.
