Ocean Terrace Spa is an exceptional hotel that exceeded all of our expectations. The service is truly outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the entire property is impeccable, with attention to detail in every corner, making us feel comfortable and at ease. One of the highlights of our stay was the ability to fall asleep each night to the soothing sound of the ocean waves—a truly magical experience that made the stay even more special. The location is perfect if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea right from your room. It’s an ideal spot for anyone wanting to unwind and feel connected to nature. We honestly have no complaints; everything was flawless. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service, Ocean Terrace Spa is the place to be. It left us speechless, and we can’t wait to return.

The location was amazing.

Lighting in the room could be improved. And there were two lizards right behind the TV.

I loved the stay. It’s very safe in a remotes place like Nusa penida. Initially we were worried about safety in Nusa but this hotel was the saving grace. After reaching here we felt safe , the staff is well trained & professional. The room is sea facing & it’s so beautiful I’ve so many candid photos of this resort. It’s luxurious. Very clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful pool. I just would say the food can be slightly improvised. Otherwise it’s perfect stay in Nusa at this price point and it made our trip very delightful 😇

It’s perfect and sea facing. The only issue ( it’s about Nusa mainly ) would be the surroundings is little deserted for a few 100m but there’s a cafe called chill cafe near to the resort tat makes even this small disadvantage to be neglected.

Welcome drink on arrival was lovely as we had a long journey on the boat getting there! Our room had brilliant views and the pool was great. We went straight to the restaurant which was very cheap and good quality. Free breakfast was minimal but lovely.

We had heavy thunder and lightning during the night of our stay which was not the hotels problem of course but there was no noise cancellation at all, it sounded like you’re sleeping outside so be prepared for this if coming during rainy season.

It was a beautiful property, very well maintained and cleanliness is spot on!

Nothing about the property personally but the weather in Bali is so hot, they need a much powerful air conditioning system. It was so hot in Bali that the AC in the hotel couldn’t provide much cooling.

Beautiful stay in Nusa Penida, the team is lovely they help you with everything. Close to some nice restaurants.

Is a little bit far, but they help you to get the transport and rent one motorbike

This place is ok, i would say avarage, used etc but not so bad. B ut i would remove Luxury from that name, as there is nothing LUXURY :)) It was value of money only because we were visiting this place off season so we get aprox -50% off. Stuff is great, rooms are ok, pool area ok. So overall strong average :) Restaurant is actually very good, reasonable prices and food actually very good and served nicy

Internet was poor, as they sayn out loudly that they have highspeed internet, they dont :) at least in this bungalow we stayed.. also i suggest to fix some terrace boards as they are sticking up and before somebody get some serious toe/foot damage ;)

Staff were very professional and friendly. The property was clean and had nice facilities, breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient. View was amazing.

Location isn’t amazing but depends on what you’re looking for. Was close to one port, quiet and easy to get around island on scooter so wasn’t that important but around 20-40min scooter to main sites on island. It was close to the cave temple and highly recommend people seeing this place. The photos are different to how the place is now, there’s no bar/ restaurant near the pool - this is now another accomodation room. Restaurant is across the road but because of this has great views, doesn’t change the stay but can not dine near pool unless order takeaway.

Gorgeous room with balcony looking over the sea. Bathroom and shower were lovely. Staff were very friendly and offered a welcome drink when we arrived. Helped us organise a driver for a day trip to sights around Nusa Penida and driver was on time

Banisters of the stairs were broken outside the room. Could be very dangerous if someone leaned on them. They would fall a decent height. Breakfast was ok. Location - hotel was by itself in a quiet spot, there was no place to go in the evening if you had no transportation. Nets around the bed were a bit dirty

Friendly staff great location.

When male staff were at reception not as helpful. Ladies couldn’t do enough. Males would just tell you what ever and then leave you to sort! Like laundry or clean towels. Ladies would either deliver to room or offer. The men just point or give it to you.
