DEXOCHA AND RIAN WERE AMAZING HOSTS AT THE PROPERTY. I WISH THEM THE BEST FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. THEY MADE OUR STAY VERY PLEASANT AND TAUGHT US MANY THINGS ABOUT BALINESE CULTURE. THEIR FRIENDSHIP IS SOMETHING WE WILL CARRY WITH US FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES. OVERALL PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND TIDY. THE STAFF WERE WORKING HARD TO MAKE SURE THE GUESTS HAD THE BEST VACATION EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD TOO! !! HONESTLY ONE OF THE BEST VACATION EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE. Great location and very comfortable room.

There were a lack of communication about breakfast rules.

- Vibe of the place, cosy stay. - Rooms and property very clean. - Can hear ocean at night, very ecstatic experience. - Good design and comfortable rooms.

- Poor reception staff availability and difficult to reach them over phone.

This place is a little heaven located in front of the ocean. Rooms and washroom were huge. The property was super clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom setup. The restaurant is just in front of the property and one can enjoy good food with amazing view.

Since the room is huge- sometimes the AC takes an hour atleast to cool the room. But this is something which doesn’t matter.

The hotel is located in a peaceful location. Great view of the ocean from junior suite rooms. There is a cafe just outside the hotel where you can chill in the evening. The service and hospitality of the staffs are just great. Everyone is ready to go an extra mile

Breakfast menu can be improved

Very friendly staff, Pexocha was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is right in front of the sea, you can't swim but you can definitely enjoy the waves all day long. The best part sunrise and sunset is right at your own private balcony. Definitely worth the price!

Rental bikes condition can be improved.

Rooms were good with great ocean view, highly recommended for trip, breakfast was also good with vegetarian options available as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed size was a little small for 2 adults and a child (my son is aged 8)

Just that now there is two entities of the property, one is sea terrace another is ocean terrace. But they show it as one, but you can use the services of both.

Fantastic stay. Perfect location. Spectacular view of the ocean from the private balcony. Dexocha was really kind and helpful throughout our stay and took great care of us. Highly recommended
