Great location with lovely view. It’s very tranquil indeed and nice to escape the busy road that runs along the north of the island. You will need a scooter to access it, or be prepared for a bit of a walk or taxi. Scooters are so cheap and easy to hire though and this opens up options a lot. Breakfast was served an hour early for me three days in a row because of my schedule- Gede and his team were more than happy to do this. Gede was really helpful with local advice for transport links too.

Situated in a prime location, this hotel offers a breathtaking view of the ocean that leaves you speechless. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves and enjoying such a spectacular panorama was a unique experience. The property is elegantly furnished, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. Each room has a private balcony directly overlooking the sea, allowing guests to enjoy the sunset in complete tranquility. The common areas, such as the infinity pool and the panoramic restaurant, are equally impressive and well-kept. The hotel staff is what made our stay truly special. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services and the prompt room service, the level of hospitality was exceptional.

Everything, the staff (Gede) was polite and good.. have made all the necessary arrangements for us. Breakfast was very good. The property is located atop a small hill. You get a superb view of the indian ocean from the venue. The rooms were clean and cozy. Overall worth a recommendation.

The pictures don’t lie. The view was unbelievable at this hotel. Not only that, staff were gracious and helpful with anything we needed including taxis & bike rental. Our room was comfy, clean and also had charm to it. Highly recommend for a stay in Penida.

No concerns or issues! The hill/road up to the resort wasn’t a problem and over exaggerated in prior reviews.

The staff is very nice and easy going. Thank you Gede for telling me about the local customs and traditions. Thank you very much for the delicious food. And thank you Katur for the tour. It is great for the family our kid loved the interaction with the staff. Also a very beautiful view and a pretty new hotel compared to the rest of the island.

The staff are so nice and willing to help book transportation and excursions. They were able to help us book a snorkeling trip at a discounted price, and coordinated taxi pickup to and from the harbour. We read other reviews about the hill to get to the hotel, so it wasn’t a surprise - there is quite a steep potholed hill, but it was manageable on a scooter/in a car. It also meant the views from the hotel were amazing! We spent every evening watching the sunset from the pool, since the view could not be beat!

The best manager Gede made our stay in the hotel really perfect. You should give him a salary bonus as he’s heart and soul of this hotel.

The staff are excellent cooks. Loved breakfast and dinner at this hotel. The most important thing at the hotel is the staff are exceptional. Nana, Madi and the rest of the team are terrific. Very punctual, they have the right mindset to keep tourists coming there. They ate a good asset to the business.

I loved everything about my stay.

We liked the location and the people that work there is soo good. When we checked out our friends forgot something in the security locker in their bedroom and the villa workers tbrought the content of the locker to us without anything missing. It was amazing service and we were so grateful-

Toilet was clean but the drains smelled quite badly. Not sure if they can do something about it.
