Friendly staff. Modern room. Nice heated pool. Clean. Within walking distance to a few local restaurants if travelling during daylight.

Road to the resort is in very poor condition, would not recommend walking there at night as there are no lights. Scooters can be rented although they can be dangerous due to the road conditions. Dogs barking at night disturb sleep. Building site in front of property ruining some of the views.

Puspa (one of the hotel staff) is one of the assets of the hotel. Really friendly, speaks proper English, always happy to help (very responsive over whatsapp). The room and bathroom were very clean, with a great view from the terrace. Lovely swimming pool. Great view on Mount Batur.

Breakfast service needed to be communicated the night before, which was an issue sometimes if you’re out for drinks or dinners. You can arrange that easily over whatsapp as well. We did need to reach out on breakfast arrangements ourselves the first day though. Besides Puspa, no other staff is good in English. Not even understanding it. So might need to improve there. A lot of the light bulbs/cases are broken and piling out of its case all over the garden. They’re build in the stairs, so that makes it dangerous when stepping down the stairs. Should be a quick fix.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Up a very rough road but they all are in Penida.

The breakfast wasn't great but everything else made up for it and there are loads of fantastic restaurants very close by!

Best hotel on the island. Don't listen to the complaints from these American and Euro princesses who complain about pillows and the room temperature water, this is by far the best hotel on the island with beautiful views, and given the situation of the island of course it's not a 5 star hotel so you should not be expecting that

Beware that there is no hot water so take a shower when it's hot out or be prepared for a room temperature shower

The view from the place was very beautiful. Breakfast was very nice. The fact that they have 3 different types of scooters that you could hire was also a big plus.

Sometimes we had to search for the staff as they weren't always present at reception. When hiring the scooters they weren't filled up and there was not really any explanation about who fills it up or how far you could drive on a tank. Our scooter was almost empty and we had to fill it up but 3 liters to fill up is not a lot. When hiring the scooter be careful as the road to the resorts can be tricky

We've stayed here for 4 days, very kind staff. Very clean resort with a really nice pool. My girlfriend suffered from foodpoisoning on the first night (because of another restaurant down the road) and the staff brought us to a hospital and stayed with us till midnight! Thanks again for helping us out. Scooter rental available (recommended). The way up to the hotel might seem tricky but you'll get used to it pretty quickly. Special thanks to Ani.

The location was good "I chose this hotel because I wanted to see Mt. Agun, but although the weather was nice, it was foggy and I could only see faintly, but the location was still good."

The rice is not good "Even though I had no choice but to have breakfast, the bad taste of dinner made me think that the portion of a meal on my trip was ruined." "Other than that, it is very good, so I recommend you to finish your dinner somewhere."

The property had the most beautiful views! It was so peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast each morning! The staff were lovely and very helpful with arranging transport to ports and trips etc! The rooms were lovely and clean and the half outside bathroom was beautiful! Felt like a spa! Would definitely stay here again!

There were no faults with the property! I would just mention the location isn’t as easy to access unless you have car/private driver or motor bike. As the hotel is up a hill and a bit out the way but thats what we loved about it! We walked down to the town where there were a few lovely restaurant’s and it was only about 15 minute walk which we didn’t mind as we enjoy walking. The hotel helped us arrange a private driver for the day to take us to all the different beach points and it was very reasonably priced. They pick up and drop off at hotel. So not faults just bare in mind you may want to arrange transport or motorbike as no grab or uber on the island.

Amazing staff! Really helpful, friendly and polite. Probably the best view of Bali from Nusa Penida. Amazing infinity pool. Its a little bit tricky to arrive to the hotel, but using the GPS it is very easy. Very good breakfasts, scooter rental service included (cheaper than outside the hotel, and you will save A LOT of money in taxis, use it). Another tip: go to Nusa Penida with cash, there are very few ATMs on the island (4/5) which are a little bit far from the hotel, and they dont work always. Very paceful place, far from noises, in the middle of the nature.

The hotel itself is excellent conditions. The bed was very comfortable and they clean the bedroom everyday, thing that is not common here. They arranged us taxi services to/from the ports and motorbike rental. It's a very peaceful place to relax as there are only 5 rooms. The swimming pool area is very cosy.

The access to the hotel can be quite difficult due to the road conditions. The breakfast could have been better.
