Friendly staff. Modern room. Nice heated pool. Clean. Within walking distance to a few local restaurants if travelling during daylight.

Road to the resort is in very poor condition, would not recommend walking there at night as there are no lights. Scooters can be rented although they can be dangerous due to the road conditions. Dogs barking at night disturb sleep. Building site in front of property ruining some of the views.

Reynten hill was a gorgeous stay. The villa is very pretty and the grounds of the place are gorgeous! The staff are all very helpful and accommodating to your needs. Thank you

Puspa (one of the hotel staff) is one of the assets of the hotel. Really friendly, speaks proper English, always happy to help (very responsive over whatsapp). The room and bathroom were very clean, with a great view from the terrace. Lovely swimming pool. Great view on Mount Batur.

Breakfast service needed to be communicated the night before, which was an issue sometimes if you’re out for drinks or dinners. You can arrange that easily over whatsapp as well. We did need to reach out on breakfast arrangements ourselves the first day though. Besides Puspa, no other staff is good in English. Not even understanding it. So might need to improve there. A lot of the light bulbs/cases are broken and piling out of its case all over the garden. They’re build in the stairs, so that makes it dangerous when stepping down the stairs. Should be a quick fix.

This place is a gem in Nusa Penida! You have to stay here if you're visiting the island. The sea view is stunning and feels like a dream. The rooms are very modern and newly built — super clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The food was seriously good, with so many tasty options. And the spa? Amazing! After a full day of sightseeing, the massage helped us relax and recharge. What made the stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff — they really made us feel welcome. Honestly, it’s the full package: location, comfort, food, spa, and service. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were the best. Santi, the receptionist is the sweetest lady, very helpful with everything. The room is pretty and spacious, and the bathroom outside is an experience. The pool is amazing, as well as the view. Facilities are very new and beautiful.

The road to get there is tough, you have to be careful if with scooters. The room service was also not great, very superficial, but all staff were very attentive and prompt to resolve everything. They offer scooter service but they need more maintenance.

I liked everything about the hotel, the room was very clean and bright, the staff was very helpful and talkative and they were very attentive to the things we needed and asked you can see that they are very good people, in particular the receptionist that works in the morning Santi, was very kind and exceptionally helpful and resolved all of the problems that we were having with the itinerary of our trip to nusa Penida. And Agus, the boy that works the evenings was very friendly and nice.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Up a very rough road but they all are in Penida.

The breakfast wasn't great but everything else made up for it and there are loads of fantastic restaurants very close by!

if you're going to Nusa Penida and not staying at Reynten Hill, you're seriously missing out! It’s super peaceful, like a little hideaway from all the noise. But the best part? The view is next-level. You get ocean views and Mount Agung right from your room and the pool. Total postcard vibes! The restaurant? Yep, same epic view while you eat. And the staff? So friendly and sweet — felt like hanging out with old friends. Honestly, this place is the full package. 10/10 would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay at Reynten. Insane views, lovely pools and rooms and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us get bikes and delivered them to the hotel as the hill is a bit of a walk and also ordered us a taxi to the ferry port. They just made everything so easy and relaxing. Definitely would recommend

Best hotel on the island. Don't listen to the complaints from these American and Euro princesses who complain about pillows and the room temperature water, this is by far the best hotel on the island with beautiful views, and given the situation of the island of course it's not a 5 star hotel so you should not be expecting that

Beware that there is no hot water so take a shower when it's hot out or be prepared for a room temperature shower
