The room was nice and clean. The bathroom is so nice but be aware - the stones get really hot during daylight and there are some insects crawling around. The staff was very helpful and arranged taxi for us and ferry tickets. We were also able to rent a scooter from the reception- very easy and convenient. Could pay for everything at reception.

The only thing that ruined perfect score for this resort was food. It’s very basic and overpriced. I wasn’t expecting a fancy restaurant but tuna & plain rice for dinner wasn’t acceptable for the price they charged. The only thing I could eat for breakfast was granola. There’s nothing around the property, you can’t order anything online.

Hello everyone, We were staying with my husband in Innora jungle resort and spa for 4 days. Everything what we can say - it was really the most UNFORGETTABLE AND WONDERFUL experience in our life. Everything around here is making with so much love, like you feel yourself at home. - Room is very nice, comfortable and clean. - The bathroom outside like a dream. It’s really very good idea to take shower or bath outside with birds sound! - The swimming pool is very clean, with refreshing water and beautiful view. We didn’t want to come out! - The staff are very friendly, kind and nice! They help us with really everything and anytime! - The food is great, everytime was prepared with love! Very tasty! Thank you to PUTU AND WIYAN! - The place are very nice, quiet and private. Lots of flowers around . Beautiful. We feel here very comfortable. We really were relaxed here after a year of hard work.. I was searching a lot a good place for staying for our holidays , So if you really want to enjoy your holidays , come here! You will never regret! And thank you for everything to PUTU AND WIYAN who take care of us ! We wish to come back!!!

The atmosphere was vere calm and relaxing - pure nature! The pool was really nice and warm. Staff was super friendly, trying to help. Good value for money.

The sound isolation is awfull, you can hear every single word, sneeze and bathroom visit from your neighbors. If we would understand their language could easily join the conversation from our room.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Innora, which is family-run and has a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and everything was organized in a very simple and heartfelt manner. We were especially impressed with the excellent communication via WhatsApp – our requests and needs were quickly and professionally taken care of. The taxi transport organized by the hotel was also seamless. All in all, we can highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in Innora: everyone were very kind, helpfull and respectful during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the garden, and the tour with the driver too : he was a good guide, taking time to explain the places and very funny! We really liked too the service of Innora: due to the location of the hotel, a driver or scooter is necessary. The host let us try driving the scooter first and lets us decide after what we prefer. The price was still ok, especially for the evening to go outside (the driver was waiting us until we finished our evening outside). The room was very clean, the bathroom very spacious and beautiful, and the fridge was full of drinks...for free! Which was very appreciated! I really recommend this place. The only point to mention is that the rooms are not very isolated (we hear other rooms), but this was not a big problem as other people during our stay were respectful.

AMAZING! So clean! Putu received us with two cold watermelon juices as we were checking in. The towels smelled like they were cleaned by grandma, it smelled so so good, the best fabric softener ever. Towels in Most places I stayed at in Indonesia smelled like wet dog - horrible. Everything was so clean, and the place is fabulous! Such a peaceful place. The workers Wayan, Komang, Putu and Ayu were so friendly and did everything to make us happy. Everything in this place was so thoughtful, from the scent of the towels to the flower petals and private outdoor showers, every little details was carried out with a deep intention and we felt that in our stay here at the innora

Absolutely amazing staff, very friendly and keen to please. Food was good. We had a breakfast on the pool. It was a good experience! Open air bathroom was another different kind of experience. Staffs arranged me transfer to and from harbour which was a breeze. They also got me a powerful scoother which reliable when riding up the hills. T The facilty had 2 swings, nice swimmimg pool 1.6m deep, beautiful garden and great staff!

Roads are bumpy and narrow! Mould in wooden furniture and utensil holder.

Staff were very very kind and accomodating. The grounds are beautiful with lots of places to relax (hammocks, benches, at the pool) The outdoor shower was lovely with lots of plants in the bathroom Reasonable price for scooter hire, food and drinks Included Breakfast hit the spot If touring by scooter we recommend taking the country roads to the south and east coasts, the west coast was too much traffic, people, and rubbish, and super stressful

The location, while quiet, was difficult to get to without your own transport. A steep ride on the motorbike, or expensive taxis (no Grab on Nusa Penida). Not possible to walk to the main restaurant strip. As it was on a hill it was quite windy a lot of the time Dinner took a verrrrry long time to prepare, but tasted good when it arrived The walls of the bungalows are very thin; we were in the room next to the pool and restaurant and could hear guests and staff talking and it sounded like they were right outside the room. Can’t be helped, but perhaps BYO earplugs if you are sensitive to noise or needing a good rest

It was amazing experience staying here. The staff was really helpful. They helped us with getting the scooty back to hotel when the road was very steep and we were scared to ride it there. Later we hired a cab for traveling within the island which was the best decision as the roads are extreme steep and narrow. Will never recommend to ride here without a Local. The driver was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The bathroom was also unique and beautiful. The breakfast was exceptionally cooked. Overall a very memorable trip✨️
