The staff at Puncak Santhi were phenomenal. My friend had a moped accident and hurt herself badly. The staff were so attentive and genuinely concerned for her wellbeing. So kind hearted. The hotel / room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean with a pool. Setting was peaceful and tranquil. Can rent motorbikes from the hotel for 80k/day. The shower in the en-suite was warm, spacious and refreshing unlike other places we had stayed in which was a big plus. 5 stars - if I could give 6 I would give 6.

Very clean and quite, aircon, hot water, towels provided, stunning pool.

Breakfast is included and it was okey but only one option: classic pancake with coffee. Tasted good but small and simple. Could be nice to have another option or add some fruit to it. I wouldn’t book this place just because breakfast is included. For what we paid it’s absolutely worthy.

Gorgeous place to stay, booked a private room and it was perfect! really clean room, nice pool, working TV and kettle and hot water in shower. Most lovely host, Marek, who really welcomed us and taught us a lot about the balinese culture. Also had great recommendations for dinner spots and day trips around the island.

It was a great spot as it actually was pretty close to the night market. We just took a torch with us and had no problems. They have a nice refreshing pool and the staff were very friendly and great. We stayed in a 4 bunk room as a family. Nice hot shower which was great. We would stay there again. Definitely check out the night market. The mutrabak stall and the Satay were excellent.

Occasionally the people in the room above us were loud and dragged furniture around. Nothing to do with the hotel just rude backpackers. Maybe request an upstairs room if possible.

Located near the ferry harbor up the hill in green zone and it is serene. Very quiet and shaded, so it is always cool. Minutes away from eateries by the shore..

There were 3 of us and yet they kept serving 2 portions of breakfast as if there were only 2 of us the whole duration of our stay.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They serve pancake for breakfast. But we preferred to prepare our own breakfast which was no problem at all. They even provided us cutleries and let us use the fridge. If you rent a scooter its also a good location to explore the coast around Nusa Penida.

spacious clean rooms with a nice bathroom. seating area outside door with access to pool. breakfast included. the staff member mani went above and beyond, taught us all how to ride a scooter and was super helpful with where to go. also helped us with a driver to explore the island for the day.

Definitely will stay here again next year!! - The housekeeper Mr. Dewa Made was amazing!! Friendly, caring and honest man. He took care of us when we got accident, provided motorcycles and car to take us to Nyuh port at a good price, treated us as his friends which feel warm and sincere. - Nice, new hotel with swimming pool. Room for 4 was spacious, comfortable and clean with bunk beds (love it). - Location is really close to Sampalan fast boat port. 5mins walking

Nothing disturbing.... Just the water was a bit salty but we understand it is located in an area where waterline is just being built there. Hope next year the area will get access for plain water. The road was also rocky.

Underpeopled, but peaceful and cozy. Free access to kitchen. good quality bikes on rent. Near Sampalan harbour. And the pool, nice and refreshing. Great experience!
