Outstanding location with a great view of the sea and Bali!. Their food is good and they tried to help us as much as possible. Room was quite comfortable

1. Housekeeping team needs a massive training 2. Placement of the AC 3. Less varieties of Food manu 4. Amenities were low quality

Great location, team and the food in the restaurant is very tasty. It looks like the staff is inexperienced, but they are definitely willing and will learn.

Definitely overpriced.

Location is great close to other restaurants and right on the beach. You can do snorkling infront of the villa. Rooms was very modern and clean.

The service could be improved. In the mornings, staff seemed distracted — one was focused on folding napkins while another was often on their phone. We had to call their attention multiple times for assistance. Additionally, used dishes were left uncleared for quite a while after meals, which took away from the overall dining experience. That we had to pay extra for bed for kids. Maintance around the pool and villa door could be improved.

It was a small resort right on the beach. Although the beach was nothing special the snorkelling was great just a few hundred yards away. No need to book a snorkeling trip.

The restaurant area was tiny and at breakfast times we were plagued by hundreds of flies landing on our food which was gross.

The best location for sea lovers who like to snorkeling. Just from the shore you can go to see really beautiful corals, fish and even turtles if you are lucky. A la carte breakfast was delicious and service friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. It was very comfortable that you could book Nusa Penida island trips directly from hotel and private snorkeling tours where they picked you up from Sankara hotel beach.

Cleaning could have been done better. In our room they didn’t but daytime pillows and blanket on the bed.

Truly breathtaking view to wake up to every day. Clean beach .. snorkelling straight out. Fantastic pools and pool bar. Great cocktails. Restaurant was that good we stayed in most nights for dinner and pool side snacks. Breakfast was amazing. Much to choose from. Proper coffee. We could never quite finish it all! Very attentive staff and prompt room service. Very clean also. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect.

An occasional bad smell from the bathroom drains but thats Bali! Some items on the menu significantly overpriced for Bali like 1 small bowl of popcorn for 50,000 ($5) and 1 tiny scoop of icecream for 70,000 ($7) .. kept the snacks at a minimum though 😉

Great location sandy beach out front. Beautiful resort. Lovely views of ocean, boats and sunsets. The snorkeling out front is so good they bring boatloads there to do it. Not much current but can be tricky getting in and out at low tide with shallow corals so best to go on higher tides. Saw big turtle most times snorkel and lots of good fish. Excellent food we ate all our meals there.

Taxis are cheaper outside the resort. Keep training English for junior staff.

Very nice, clean and cozy rooms, amazing location right on the beach. Beach is nice and offers amazing snorkeling experience. Tasty breakfast (a la carte), good coffee. Overall the resort looks nice and fancy, every room is facing the pool and beach. Kind staff at the reception.

The pool could be cleaner. It contains a substance that stains white swimsuits, so be cautious. The staff did not inform us about it, so our swimsuits got ruined. The housekeeping staff could be better trained and should behave more professionally. They often gathered in groups by the pool or next to the villas, laughing and talking loudly, while guests wanted to relax by the poolside. Not stable wi-fi connection. Snorkeling equipment could be included (we rented it for 100.000 IDR for one afternoon at the reception). The hotel is situated in an area lacking nightlife options, and there is litter everywhere in the vicinity.

The hotel is beautiful, the beach is 10 out of 10, didn't see such a beautiful reef even in Maldives.

Unfortunately, not everyone speaks english very well. the staff tries to be nice, but if you need to tell them you are allergic to something, chances that they ll understand are 50% The food at a 5 star hotel could be a little better. Breakfast was great, but the dinner left me wishing i ate somewhere else. p.s. The looks and the whispers didnt make me feel a 100% comfortable wearing a bikini infront of the staff. its my personal feeling, dont want to judge anyone, but that was the only hotel i had that feeling at.

Amazing location, great beach in front of the resort, nice room and pool. Food is very nice, however not a lot of local dishes options. Staff were kind and attentive and rooms clean.

There was no QR code to access the resort’s facilities page and their website is outdated. No whatsapp assistance was offered, which was odd as in any other resort we stayed in Bali/Gili it was the main poc. I wish the reception would have suggested some activities to do in the island or any kind of service they’d have been able to book for us - we ended up arranging our own driver and excursions. There is no spa. The pool bar was just there but no service was offered; multiple times I had to go to the restaurant to order a drink at the pool. No music unless the guests plugged their phone in to play some. This is no criticism to the staff, but management should do better giving them the tools to offer a better service.
