Nice little bungalows on a hill slope, with the sea visible in the distance. AC and WLAN worked well, good restaurant. Gede Armstrong gives great Suggestions, we booked 2 car tours with various beaches on the island and the transfers incl the ferry (speed boat) over to Nusa Penida. All worked very well. Thank you

Booking has the location wrong. It is NOT on the Atuh beach but about 15 min walk away from Atuh beach (nice) and Diamond beach (spectacular, the best we have seen on this trip). The return is a bit tough due to the steep climb in the hot climate. We took a car, or rent a scooter could help.

It’s a very beautiful hotel, with very nice garden view, with a beautiful view of the jungle, and delicious breakfast, also the location around 20 min to walk to the diamond beach.🏖

I understand that this is a tropical country , I lived in different hotels in Indonesia and the Islands, but this is the first time I see a hotel with such a colossal number of insects, every time I see a lizard 🦎 in my room, it seems to me not normal, and there were several of them at the same time, and plus the toilet are always full of cockroaches. They don’t provide soft water in the rooms as is done in other hotels.

We decided to book this property last minute, as we wanted to visit Penida more than a guided tour can offer. To our surprise, this place was one of the best we've stayed in Bali and surrounding islands! The owner of the complex is always there, ready to assist you with anything you might wish for. They also have their own cars and drivers and for an extremely decent price they can transfer you from/to the boat and also give you a lift to the Diamond/Atuh beach (even if you wish to do that very early to see the sunrise)

The location of the property is great if you want to spend some time at the Diamond and Atuh beaches on your own pace. Takes about 20 min to get to both on foot. The villas are in a very green area with nice views. The territory is neat and well taken care of. The owner and the staff were very helpful. They provide several options for breakfast. Besides, the owner has a restaurant in the area, so we could order tasty dishes and coffee and have them delivered quite fast. There is even a small gym on the territory that the guests can use. The accommodation is good for 1-2 nights of stay.

The internet connection wasn’t good even though the owner tried to do his best. This is the specifics of the area. So if you have any online activities planned, make sure you take this into account.

Location was excellent, very close to Diamond and Atuh beaches for sunrise. I had stayed there previously so was keen to take my friends back to experience. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and included in the price which was great value. Rooms very comfortable.

There were a couple of plumbing issues in the rooms, where water didn't drain away in the shower in room 5 or 6 and in room 1 the water was very slow draining from wash basin.

We stayed here overnight because we were quite far from diamond beach and atuh beach. The property is literally 2 mins away from diamond beach by scooter. We wish we could've stayed longer. The bungalow we stayed in was great. Really nice big comfy bed. Quite spacious room. Big nice shower. The bungalow was new and beautiful inside. Feels way more expensive than it was! Gede the owner was very accomodating. Gave us plenty of tips and advice. Took care of us made us feel at home. Had some nice convos with him also. The food was very good ! We had a really satisfying big breakfast in the morning too 👌😊

Great place, quiet, serene, peaceful. Only a short walk to great restaurants and Thousand Island Viewpoint/Warungs. Staff are lovely and included breakfast is a lovely bonus! Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat, the value for money is amazing!

WiFi in #5 was excellent, AC was strong I used it when needed, water was Hot, food was delicious, breakfast with choices was included and , they arranged timely my departure and the beds felt new & were firm enough for my bad back. Towels and sheets were good + not overwhelming scented. Room super clean Grounds are well maintained It's a a 15 minute walk to Diamond Beach and then down the steps. I loved the exercise and walks through town.. Hint: Go to the Raja Lima Restaurant for drinks and dinner ($$) It's well designed with, an incredible view!!

Room could use a place to put stuff away for more than 1-2 nights. Any other I addressed with the owner

Even though the location is nice, it is not right at the beach as indicated on bookings.com. It is a 5min scooter drive to Diamond beach and atuh beach. Check the location on google maps.

Rooms are super clean, comfy bed, breakfast was great & staff are lovely. It’s a hike to the beach, but good exercise coming back up. Staff organised us transport back to Lembongan in a heartbeat at a good price. A/C was effective as was hot shower too. Well worth the minimal expense.

I have no criticism for this place.
