Great location, close to everything. The family room was great when staying with kids. The TV was a bonus and the internet was a good speed. The view is very lovely and the pool was excellent.

The drain on our shower was blocked so the bathroom flooded constantly. Although our beds were made daily by the lady there she didn’t clean the bathroom or empty the bins once during our stay… we were there for 10 days. I obviously did it myself but I thought it was odd. I also had to ask for fresh towels half way through as these were not changed. The air conditioner in the children’s room was rubbish! Does not work properly so they had some uncomfortable night. The lady there is lovely but doesn’t speak a word of English. This is absolutely fine but doesn’t make it tricky when you are trying to ask for things or explain something. Just to be clear we are returning to this property again so the above is just honest feedback and a heads up to other travellers.

This is our second stay here. We get the family room which is like 2 villas joined, it is not one of the newer ones in the big building Although they have recently renovated these rooms with new white paint, furniture and smart TVs. So much brighter and really lovely. For the price it’s great value! We visited recently and it rained ALOT so one of the bedrooms had water coming in (I don’t think this is usual just a bad storm)! Smart TVs were a lifesaver with kids in the weather although like most of Bali the steps up and down very slippery during wet season. Pool great, view amazing and breakfast nice. Thanks again

We were very impressed with this accommodation! Lovely spacious clean rooms - newly painted too! Beautiful views from bed with the curtains open, nice little balcony. Great pool area with a view of-clean pool! Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains are great, safe for use, little fridge in room with mini bar (bintang, coke/sprite and waters), kettle with tea/coffee was a nice touch. Great air conditioning. The location was perfect for us - near the main road (which is still a small road) so easy to access everywhere on the island and Ceningan. Spacious parking for scooters. The hotel is run by a local family who are all so lovely! The dad has a scooter business too and delivered a scooter for us to rent for the time. They organised a taxi for us to the boat also - fair prices. We were able to leave our luggage with them when we checked out so we could head off for the day-felt super safe! We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for good, budget friendly accommodation this honestly ticks all the boxes.

Beautiful location, only had 6 villas so was quiet. The pool was beautiful overlooking view, with swings & bar/ kitchen as well. We had the Grand deluxe villa, which had so much space and a big bed. Great aircon too, wifi went in and out a lot but I think that’s expected throughout the island. Worked for the most part. Would definitely come back, probably would need a bike but you can rent on site and it’s still walkable to lots of areas. Hosts were super lovely & room was serviced each day, mini bar was also included which was a nice touch.

Bathroom could probably do with a bit of a renew, it’s an open shower so the whole bathroom kind of fills with water after shower. It’s fine because it stays contained in bathroom, just takes a while to dry. Maybe something to push the water down. Otherwise great

Kind, helpful and friendly staff in a location with an incredible view. Our rooms were clean and cool with a wonderful view and we just loved the infinity pool and the delicious food prepared from scratch just how we liked it (e.g less spice, minimal veges for kids) by the chef, Made. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who made us feel at home, and we had a wonderful stay!

Only slight downside is the distance from the beach, but I walked to Dream Beach easily and otherwise we used Putu taxis and this was a great service. We didn't want to leave often because of the beautiful location.

Most amazing view! Comfy bed, nice staff, cheap breakfast. Small 'Authentic' warong just up the road made excellent food and was very very cheap. We ate there a few times. The Grand Sea View was really good place to stay and the view sure is grand form the top level! We hired scooters from them to get around the island.

Shower kind of filled the room with water, needs a small divider before the basin to keep the water from going to the door as there is little 'fall' on the tiles to the drain. Other than that it was a really good room, especially for the price!

Amazing place to stay for a month as a digital nomad, do some work on the balcony with fantastic view and slowly explore the island on the scooter. So many things to see! Good breakfast, fruits + toast or pancake, didn't try the third option. Wifi is mostly good enough, but I recommend also having your own hotspot.

Towels smell a bit off even when clean

The view was amazing, overlooking most of Ceningan Island & across Lembongan out to the ocean. The infinity pool was a perfect temperature for a cooling off swim after touring both islands on motor scooters that we could hire for a great price from the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, well laid out, comfy beds & a great balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy the view. Location was also perfect, close to bars, shops & restaurants.

Safe wasn't functional. Everything else made for a perfect stay.

The view is phenomenal. The place is like a retreat from any hustle of the other areas. The pool is great and the grounds are clean and well maintained

There are some maintenance issues that seem to have been a problem for a while. For us, the toilet seat was loose and would slip off, the drain in the shower is blocked
