The absolute most authentic Balinese experience placed in the middle of jungle, palm trees and rice fields! We stayed right by the river overlooking the waterfall and the surrounding nature is breathtaking! The food is amazing with local and delicious ingredients. The pool area is beautiful and great for kids with a shallow end. Best of all was the our encounter with Made and the rest of the staff that made us feel like home away from home and gave us an adventure we will never forget and the kids had the best time! The glamping experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the company of our hosts and the staff were amazing at ensuring we were comfortable. The surroundings and the grounds were sensational and well kept. The meals were lovely and poolside drinks were a favourite. The picnic breakfast by the waterfall was very sweet and we appreciated the effort the staff made to set it up for us.

Lots of steps to walk up and down to get from the tents to the main house but always good exercise after all the food and lazing around the incredible pool. Also the noise of gardeners chain sawing trees in the morning for hours.

Gorgeous secluded spot, lovely room with comfy bed. Love the sound of the waterfall when going to sleep. Staff were super attentive and kind. The pool area at the top was so lovely, and the food at the restaurant was so delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing! Everything was so wonderful. If I was going to give any tips to future guests I would just inform you that you really are kind of in the middle of nowhere and it's so lovely that you won't want to leave when you get there. We wish we had brought snacks and some games, maybe you will too!

An amazingly beautiful and peaceful place — a stark contrast to the hectic busyness of Uluwatu. Everyone should experience it to truly see the real Bali. The staff, facilities, location, and food were amazing from start to finish. It was incredibly relaxing — from enjoying a massage with a view to fishing for our dinner. Super beautiful accommodation, extremely friendly and attentive staff, freshly prepared food with freshly bought ingredients, and the prices for the meals are somehow reasonable.

The only downside we noticed was the very high humidity. This was mainly due to the weather, as it rained every day. unlucky for us but all cothers needed to be dryed.

This is a beautiful resort in the jungle. Only four total tents so would never be crowded. We had a bonfire with corn and marshmallows and the waterfall swim area is quite beautiful and refreshing. The pool is serene, the views are magnificent! The food is great and many vegan options.

Many stairs up from the tents to the entrance, pool and restaurant. If you are not in shape you will be after your holiday.

This place was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff were lovely. The food was delicious. Our accommodation had everything we needed... from all the toiletries you need - beautiful body and shower creams... to unlimited purification water, tea coffee, etc... Their welcome drink and food were yummy. The presentation of the room and the facilities were above and beyond our expectations. The Internet was great. We LOVED the pool and its natural surroundings. We also went on lovely walks around the local road, seeing all the farm animals and talking to the pleasant locals. Thank you

Everything! The area is a slice of heaven, the location itself has stunning views all around incl from the pool, the private waterfall shows from our tented villa which are also gorge and super comfi. The snack on arrival we kept ordering during the day. The only mini thing would be that the dishes you can order for lunch and dinner are pretty pricey in comparison to the rest of Bali, but because there is nothing around of course no problem and very tasty, so worth it. We’ll be back soon!

I have to say that the food was absolutely amazing - but the prices are horrendous… it’s just not ok to charge six times as much as you usually pay for food in Bali .( pro tip for lunch: there a small and truly amazing warung in walking distance of just 10 minutes ✨)

The staff here are wonderful and extremely helpful. I had a medical issue (not related to the property) and they arranged the transport to hospital and even accompanied me there. I felt extremely welcomed at Galalima and well taken care off by Pak Made and the whole team. The location at the river and waterfall is beautiful and quiet, it is so relaxing to be there. Despite the remoteness, the internet worked great. A bonus was the delicious food.
