Love it very much!! Excellent place to stay highly recommended. Very near to the airport only 6min to t2. Exceptionally nice and helpful staffs. The hotel gave me connecting room even before i request. The counter, the porter, the shuttle driver, repairman, cafe, the food. Excellent combo! Very Good and fast service. After check in, i realised that 1 of our room door was unable to lock.. the staff came & got it repair immediately after we inform the receptionist. And breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely repeat. The only thing is I didnt realize there was an extra bed below the queen bed😅😂 but its ok. Tq Premier Place!!! 10/10

Excellen part: 1. Breakfast is very good and have many choices 2. Bed is comfortable and room is clean, good location. Should improved: 1. We order room service for food, but the one is different from the menu and then we called the front desk that they said there's such food so they changed to orthers, but I think hotel should inform us first. 2. At about 22:0pm, we got call from front desk that we don't pay the accommodation cost, but actually when we check in, the employee doensn't inform us that Booking.com doesnt deduct the pay and we need to pay in the front desk. Front desk should check this part when we check in.

Room was spacious for a family of three. Having a small toddler travelling with us, we need a good breakfast that can cater his needs. My toddler loves the food (nasi based menu) and we are amazed on how the buffet spread has variety of choices. The hotel also offers free-shuttle service to the airport and it was a breeze to book it (can be done prior coming to the hotel upon confirmation) or can be done at the reception desk.

Some parts of our room such as underneath the bed are left unvacuumed so there were accumulated dust. Thankfully, we only stayed there for a night so it was not a bothersome at all. The kettle and tea/coffee station is quite hidden but it was organized.

Modern hotel near Surabaya airport. The hotel has nice comfortable rooms, a very pleasant swimming pool, a beautiful dining area and very helpful staff. Towels for the pool are provided. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety (including eggs, croissants, yogurt, bread and jam). They offer a free shuttle to both Terminal 2 (international) and Terminal 1 (domestic flights mainly).

Breakfast starts very early and so does the background music. If your room is located near the dining area you will hear the music, starting at 5:30am. The suite room is described on Booking as having a queen size bed and a sofa bed. But the sofa bed is just a regular sofa.

It was clean and the staff spoke english well. We managed to book the airport shuttle during check in. The shuttle is small and only fits 10.

There were many mosquitoes in the dining area, not sure if they were breeding in the little potted table decor. The breakfast was also not fully ready at 5.30 so just be prepared if you have any early flight. The expectation of the massage was also not conveyed properly. We chose to have the massage outside of our room so they arranged a separate room, without telling us that there would be additional charges for that. Furthermore the massage was 15min shorter than the recommended time and the masseur forced us to give her tips and filled the ‘feedback form’ herself.

The staff were amazing with their attention to detail. We were hoping to catch a taxi on the evening we arrived to make it to a shopping mall downtown before closing time. The hotel reception ensured it was organised and we were able to do so. We had an early morning check out as our flight was very early in the morning and we were not going to be able to make breakfast but the staff took our breakfast order and ensured we could take our breakfast away.

Highly Recommend! My recent stay at Premier Place Surabaya Airport was an absolute pleasure. As someone catching an early flight, this hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient pre-travel experience. Sparkling Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and fresh. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, creating a truly relaxing environment. Seamless Airport Shuttles: The highlight of my stay was the airport shuttle service. It was incredibly efficient, with shuttles running regularly, eliminating any stress about reaching the airport on time. The friendly driver added a nice touch to the experience.

This is a hotel for those who have early flight from the airport as getting to the airport from the city centre can be a misery - we used Grab taxi for 110k and it took less than 30 min, yet there are other options, such as getting the train and then walking about 30 min (the thing is that there are only a couple trains per day and you can buy tickets on the app that accepts only local payment options, unsold tickets go on sale at the cashier at train station just 2 hrs before departure - good luck there!). The hotel seems posh and up to Western standards - clean, soundproof (or quiet), plenty of breakfast options from a buffet. There is some free junk food in mini bar. The restaurant is 24hrs, overpriced but the food is ok, it also serves beer. The pool is nice addition, seems clean and well-maintained. The free transfer to the airport is at every hour, our car was 10 min late so beware that punctuality might be an issue also here. Overall, totally worth a night here for those who fly early!

The restaurant staff could be a bit more attentative - even when empty, if you sit closer to the pool there's nobody coming to your table to bring the menu, after a long wait we had to go inside to ask for it and there were quite a few unbusy bored staff workers. Also the pool can't be used after 7pm which is a bit weird because it's not a sound issue - the restaurant hosts parties that run late while nearby the men watch football and loud screaming is tolerated.

They have great hospitality! You can tell they know how to serve their guests and tend to their needs. The airport shuttle was convenient. The pool is relaxing and food was great! We had 2 interconnected rooms and it was clean and comfortable. The laundry service great.

We were there during Iftar/Ramadan and it was crowded in the lobby/ restaurant/pool area/ and very loud and the regular menu items weren’t available from 5-9pm. That was inconvenient.

Very nice room, bed comfy. Reception staff very profesionnal and welcoming. Both room and Bathroom very clean at checkin. Got everything in the room to fit my needs. Enjoyable pool. They upgraded me to a bigger room at checkin, nice touch 😊.

Usually am the last person to complain about AC but temperature was set (18 C) with a tag on the controler to not make any change.. so the only way was to remove the card for electricity to stop the AC for a while when I got cold.. But then, no electricity = no more light or TV. Access to the pool was next to the restaurants table.. without any clue where to find toilet/shower/changing room/towel... Few members of the staff spoke english, not convenient for an airport hotel.. but they did their best to answer my request or finding someone who could answer me in english
