Great location for business travellers. A quick stop from the Airport to drop luggage and change before proceeding for customer meetings north or south. Also, highly recommend for any travellers who have early morning flights. Friendly and very helpful staff specifically Ihsan who works at the Hotel Reception. Hotel breakfast is good as well.

Room is ok and toilet is worse. There is no bidet and the toilet door needs to close at all time to move around. The qibla pointer can be better placed in a location where it is visible and easy to check and recheck. I eventually had to use google to double confirm the qibla.

The stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, never experienced this kind of hospitality before. The hotel was super clean, the beds where comfortable, and the food was delicious.

The only room for improvement was the speed of service in the food corner. Most of the time it took a while before you got noticed and the serving time of the drinks took long sometimes. No big think at all, but it could be better.

Convenient location near to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Food in the restaurant was good and staff were friendly. Takeaway breakfast available for early check out was tasty.

Great to have free pickup from the airport but we ended up waiting for a long time perhaps due to some miscommunication so make sure pick up instructions are clear when arranging.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The free airport shuttle was great. Our room was large and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. Most of all, my wife and I were amazed by the wonderful breakfast buffet. Wow, what a gorgeous selection of Indonesian and western delicacies!!! Best hotel breakfast I've had in years.

Modern clean facility. Good service. Excellent help when we had an early morning shuttle to the airport. Great location for food across the road and on the same side nearby.

The hotel restaurant was over full at dinner time, so it wasn't really an option for eating the night we were there. But no great problem. Lots of options nearby.

The hotel is very nice. I always like rooms with a carpet on the floor; it shows class and the level of hospitality. Despite that, it wasn't expensive (for a european)

An open bar in the evening would be nice, but I guess there weren't enough visitors to make it viable.

Very freindly and helpfull staff, breakfast was very good and tasty, rooms were convinient but sound isolation of the rooms could be much better. Music from outside neighbours was ver bothersum.

Although I booked and signed in the hotel for a non-smoking room, I got a smoking room. For my colleague it was just the other way around. So we switched rooms. Problem solved.

Everything was perfect and convenient for us. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and available 24/7 (we arrived at 3 in the morning). Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choice. They also have a nice swimming pool and gym that we did not use. Free shuttle to the airport

Staff were extremely helpful . Pick up and drop off at airport was free and efficient. Room comfortable. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t have it but we’re happy to make me a breakfast parcel if I wanted. Pool looked good but arrived to late to use

Wrong wake up time 4.15 am instead of 4.50

The room was big for one person. There was a free shuttle to the airport and the staff would help to arrange it when check-in.

The choices of restaurants were limited since it was near the airport, I think.
