Welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and views of the city, very luxurious for the price paid.

However, disappointed with the food, which is not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel: we ordered fish that arrived half-cooked, ordered a steak with mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes were cold. There were 5 of us and the dishes were not served at the same time which is a minimum for a hotel of this standing. For breakfast, yes there was a lot of choice for the buffet, which was ok but not exceptional either.

The room was clean and nice with a view of Surabaya city. I liked the bed sheets, but the pillow was a bit too high, and I felt uncomfortable when I woke up in the morning. We didn't really enjoy the breakfast; during our 3-day stay, my husband and I skipped it twice because we didn’t like the taste of the food. However, the hotel had a great and luxurious atmosphere, and the price was quite affordable.

The room was very comfortable, with a work desk, and it was perfect for me since I work remotely using a laptop.

Breakfast was the best. Best service by Ms Elsa. Very clean & well maintained room. Thanks Elsa. Shana’s, Mila & Tyas were very friendly, helpful, happy, wonderful staff. I will definitely be back. Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. Ms Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety. Tyas is a sweetheart, I really appreciated for asking that I am safe. God bless her heats.

Their attention to detail is such that even ordering a simple coffee requires mentioning the room number, even if paying immediately. The staff demonstrates remarkable attentiveness and strict adherence to protocol, reflecting their commitment to quality service.

The staff should adopt a more open approach and provide more information to guests wishing to explore the city. Their reluctance to disappoint management appears to limit interactions with visitors. Such openness would not only enhance the guests’ experience but also strengthen the establishment’s positive image.

Really liked the quality of the rooms, we had interconnecting rooms with our kids so it was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was nice.

There was a flashing light from the smoke detector and there was music playing in the hallway. This disturbed my sleep, but I did inform the staff and they did sort the flashing light the next day. Dinner options were quite limited.

The level of the Hotel is globaly very good. Staff is kind, rooms are large, nice and comfortable. The swimming pool at 6th floor was a really good surprise and the view is amazing.

Despite the fact this hotel has a high standing, it was noisy. Our room was located near the lift and we could hear the ring of it all night long. Furthermore, it was an adjoining room very bad isolated ... If you want to go out, you need to cal a taxi ... There's nothing all arout, except a mall in 500 meter and the pedestrian way is very dangerous (if it really exists ...)

Shower fluctuated hot and cold at differing times of the day . No real connection between pool and bar/ restaurant ie had to use lift inside to order a beer, etc ... pool on level 6 , bar on level 7, limited staff at pool area .

I loved the bed, super big and comfortable. The TV channels were crystal clear, the strong water pressure in the shower is rejuvenating. They gave out free cotton candy for kids (which was welcomed with cheers), the breakfast was complete and good.

Pool is okay, but the wind was really strong that it turned cold. Parking lot is too small.

Clean and modern room with big screen TV. Water pressure was good, rainfall shower was my favourite. Hotel is quite a new building. Free parking. It was a great stay!

Towels were old, had some spots on them. The location of the hotel is good, but you have to cross the railroad, not bad, just a little bit inconvenience.

Everything to like about this hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Prompt, professional service. Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Great value for money. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the relaxing comfort in what is a busy city.
