Staff excellent, cleanliness outstanding, driver safe and friendly, pool clean and not over chlorinated, deluxe suite was large and very clean and comfortable, the restaurant menu was sufficient, we didn't have a bad meal and the breakfast that was included with the room package had 3 choices and was great. Felt safe and secure.

There was no choice of sweet fizzy alcoholic drink for those of us that don't like beer or white wine, perhaps a Lemon Ruski style would be good. 2 of us paid for massages at the villa and both of us were aware that the lady was using her phone during parts of the massage. I think if you pay for an hours service the least someone could do is give you their full attention. The smaller / budget rooms, don't do it!! Pay an extra few dollars and have a deluxe or superior suite.

everything was incredible, the villa it self better in reality then in photos, the bath up was surreal, it was mild rainy day which makes it perfect.

a bit far from city, and the staff was just a bunch of elderly people and the guest is also older people like 60+ everywhere you see, and the door was opened by one of the staff at 9pm, i left it un locked when i hanging out inside, its creepy and he didnt knock before.

This resort is hidden amongst the rice fields and an oasis to be walked around and enjoy. The pool is excellent and the rooms spacious with large bathrooms (that included a tub) Food was great, with staff that were very attentive and accommodating. As this is a more remote location it’s perfect for a quiet stay.

Caution that this is a bit remote but that was what I was looking for. Just expect a quiet location away from the busy streets of Bali.

The environnement is very beautiful, with many flowers and palm trees. The pool is very nice and relaxing. The team is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good and complete.

The only down side for me was the room's door not closing properly so a little but frustrated.

All of the staff are exceptional and the setting of the villas is stunning overlooking the rice fields. A great choice of food for dinner and the breakfast is also good. So easy just to walk around the local village and also along the path against the rice fields. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the shower pressure was good.Also the air con worked well. A perfect place for exploring all the local culture and also hot springs nearby.

There were no negatives at all.

The hotel is so well "placed ' in such a brilliant wooded area and is a joy to be mostly outdoors whilst dining swimming or relaxing.

Everything was just ...perfect!

The staff were excellent. Smiling, helpful, trying their best.

The hotel owner really should invest to refurbish some aspects of the hotel which are starting to look tired. We came 8 years ago and noticed the difference

Insanely beautiful with an incredible rice field adjacent for long walks. Pool and restaurant are lovely.

No restaurants nearby other than the hotel.

I would like to stay because the place is so quite nice for reasting
