We had a late evening arrival in Jakarta after a 25 hour trip hence wanted to sleep as soon as possible. That's why I arranged this hotel which was a great idea. The hotel is located very close to the airport. It took us like 7 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. A friendly receptionist welcomed us and with minimum administration we were able to relax in our room. The room was very clean and modern with a nice shower. The room was large enough for 3 people. The next morning we had our rich breakfast and checked out again. Side note: The hotel has a pool on the second floor.

Everything was good and pleasant. I cannot say anything negative.

I was disappointed by the staff’s rigid explanation of the hotel’s policy that early check-in was not allowed. However, upon hearing that I would be checking out at midnight without staying overnight, another staff member allowed me to check in early. Still, I’m not sure if I would recommend this hotel to others.

I chose this hotel thinking it would be a good place to rest comfortably during a long layover at the airport. While it is close to the airport, the inconvenience of using the shuttle bus resulted in a longer-than-expected travel time, and the hotel’s strict check-in policy made it less ideal. The staff, overall, were not as friendly compared to those at other hotels. ,

Not suitable for visiting Jakarta (but that was not our intention). When visiting with 3 people you have to book a room for 3 people AND add an additional bed. There are more hotels like this, but I think it is strange, if you book for 3 people there should be 3 beds. Breakfast is not too good, only soft bread, no cheese, there were some good sandwiches though. Neighborhood around hotel is messy, but not too important for 1 night.

The hotel was close to the airport and the free shuttle pick up and drop off was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. It was excellent value for money and they kindly upgraded us to a larger room. The bed was comfortable.

Nothing major- the bathroom was a bit small but the water pressure was excellent. Also at breakfast 2 x staff members who had provided very little service both came over independently with a QR code and asked us to leave a 5 star rating mentioning them personally by name. We actually tried with the first one but it required log in and verification etc so was too difficult so when asked again by the second staff member it felt quite inappropriate. Again this isn’t major and wouldn’t stop us staying again.

My wife and 2 kids were staying at your property. Everything was perfect. However, the first expression at the reception at the time of check in was not very welcoming. As the staff at the reception was not fully aware of the type of booking we had Or he/she just wanted to put some extra pressure on my family, by asking them to pay for the breakfast for 3rd person (my 8 years daughter). Though i have paid full amount including breakfast mentioning about the number of guests (3 in total). I Eventually, no one bother them at Breakfast, but initially staff shouldn't be behaved like this.

Close to airport

The arrangement of shuttle service is riots very crowd not well organize. Guest who did not on droped list was include inside the shuttle mean while those guest who did reserved for airport drop was put on additional shuttle where local taxi arrangement by hotel. Waited for so long the shuttle not only for this hotel but also for zest hotel. Hopefully soon or later there will be many choice of food selection during breakfast

no massage offered during the Ramadan (01-31.03) only a small 7/11 shop and couple of junk food places in the vacinity. everything else - 20+ min away in a taxi

Room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the overhead shower.

It was difficult to find. The taxi driver got lost trying to find the hotel. The road we had to drive down to get to the hotel entrance was very dark and made us wonder how safe we were. looked. We arrived later than we had hoped and missed dinner. There were not that many options for vegetarians in the room service menu.

Hospitality of the reception,Porter,room service attendant.Cleanliness,comfort,location.its just so well to stay Restaurant ist cozy.they have very good breakfast Buffet.

The uniform of the waitress,they are not really attentive to help as well.some of them serving other old guest coffee.we are young couple and they didnt ask us.but we Saw also a waiter who always look after us and clean our dishes.
