Locationwise! It's by the roadside. The hotel provides a free and punctual shuttle service to the airport which is just around 10 mins journey. You can simply book a shuttle service once you've check in so it's pretty convenient and conducive. I love the sofa and you can sleep on it. The staffs and driver were really helpful. There's even a few vending machines and a lobby with tables and chairs for you to dine in etc

The toilet seem compact as if a portable toilet and there's only a shooting bidet in the bowl. I wish there's a spray bidet that you can use using your hand like a normal toilet. There's no cafe but it's easy to order takeway food from food delivery services.

fun decor and decent sized space. shampoo and soap smells great - like apples... keeping with the green theme. great Aircon. and comfy bed. (the other pop hotel I stayed at had was the same and had a bunch of tv channels in different languages which was cool - didn't try it at this one tho) provides glasses in the rooms and refill water in the halls.

the bathroom cubical was fun but if you leave anything in there it will get wet when you shower... including the tp.

The reason we took Pop because it was so near to the airport and it had shuttle that accommodates our flight time (we need to go to the airport by 7am). Location was very strategic towards the hotel but not as much as into Jakarta central. It had a fun toilet/bath that looked like it was a toilet in an airplane. The colors in the hotel were very bright and cheerful

It had only sufficient choice in terms of food downstairs in the form of a few vending machines(drinks, biscuits, instant noodles), access to Grab and also a cafe just outside of it because we didn't want to go out and ruin our rest so that we can prepare for our early flight the next early morning so it would be better to check in after dinner /bring along dinner or just order from Grab/go out. Also we had a dead lizard in our room, so this might be a good thing to improve on. Also the staff at the lobby counter looked overworked and tired

It was nice to be close to the airport and have a free airport shuttle. Simple room, but the A/C worked great, there was hot water, and the bed was comfortable.

Free airport shuttle had semi-limited times and it was initially difficult to find the pick up location, but after some chatting on Whatsapp, we figured it out. However, even with this, it was still worth it so we didn't have to pay for a taxi/Grab.

Very convenient location for those want to be in the airport in zero time. Very close to local street food plus supermarket. Room very comfortable and receptionist very friendly. Big plus the free shuttle from/to the airport

Looks like a small maintenance should take place in the rooms but still it’s definitely is a value for money

Lack of catering facilities

Friendly staff mostly the security who helped us toe bring our luggages. And the shuttle driver. Room was ok and comfortable for both Of us with a kid under 3yo.

We Were a bit un Happy with the communication regarding to our pick up service. As they Saíd we only need to contact them once we arrived at the airport. But they didn't pick up our call. And the breakfast was packed without any tea ora coffee. But overall we Were fine with pop hotel.

The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was large enough. Towels and soap were provided too. Some water was in the room and the Tv was working. The aircon was cold and easy to use throughout the stay.

The shower had a lot of mould and dirt along the bottom. The bed had a few stains on the blanket too. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. The blind that covered the window was broken and dirty.

The room was larger than expected. It had everything we needed and everything worked. Free drinking water was provided in our room. The airport shuttle was on time and well organized. Front desk was very helpful. Great little cafe/restaurant across the parking lot. Definitely eat there.

Hallways and reception area could use a face-lift, but it was clean and functional. Not a good area for walking.

conveniently located at 15min from the airport, great stay for a night layover.free shuttle from the hotel, professional staff - and they give you a snack pack for breakfast even if youleave very early (I needed ti go to CGK at 4.00 am). clean and basic.

I did not like that the windows cannot be opened, the rest was ok for an overnight
