Really excellent hotel super close to the airport and also very convenient for visiting Jakarta Old Town (Kota Tua). Very clean and comfortable rooms and overall spaces. The pool is excellent and the loungers and pool bar around it make for a really enjoyable and chilled relaxation/downtime space. Breakfast was really good and meals on site were nice, too.

We booked a room with a lake view but the outside of the windows were quite dirty so you couldn’t see it all that well. The hotel airport pickup service also starts surprisingly late in the day so if you’re on a morning flight, you need to arrange your own transport or ask the hotel to arrange a private car. Other than that, nothing really bad to say!

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this airport hotel was. My room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, with a nice view of a koi pond and a garden. I enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool area, which has cabanas and a poolside bar. There’s also a view of the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a large, modern gym. The on-site restaurant was very pleasant for dinner, and I enjoyed the elevated take on chicken sate and the palm sugar cheesecake.

My room was a bit far from the lobby area - just the nature of a relatively spread-out property.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and gave us late checkout until 2pm. The guy, Richie, on reception was very welcoming and accommodating on arrival. Hope to see you back in Dubai soon, Richie! The hotel serves a purpose very well. We stayed for 1 night before flying back to Dubai and the location is literally adjacent to the runway, so very convenient for the airport in Jakarta. The resort is very tranquil and beautiful for saying it's next to an airport. The gardens and pool are exquisite and very tropical. The gym is very well-equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so much variety! The staff in the restaurant are wonderfully helpful and my husband even got introduced to the Head Chef at breakfast! They offer a free airport shuttle too to take you to the airport upon check out. Overall, a wonderfully pleasant stay here before our trip back home. Thank you! 😊

The room was a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel. It smelt very fusty and was small. It was, also, not very clean and we found black hairs on the bathroom floor. A balcony or terrace would be lovely in all rooms here, as the grounds are so beautiful. The dinner options are limited. The menu in the Daily Social for food does not offer much variety. In the taxi from the airport on arrival, Booking.com states a 10 minute ride, but there are road works around the hotel, so this was double the distance and price for us, which we were not made aware of before arrival.

The hotel has a great position for a quick stop in the city (10 mins by car to the airport). It is comfortable and spacious, all the interiors are recently renovated. It has a cafè for drinks and small meals and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, both with a view towards the external pool. High quality food and service. Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. The pool is perfect for chill time (sunbeds with sunshading, provided towels, bar service).

If you want to visit Jakarta downtown, consider 50 mins-1 hour drive during rush hour.

Would expect hot water in bathroom shower in hotel with 5*, but none (twice). Sink pype was mooving left and right when opening watter. Had to be careful not to pull it. Extremely slow service for drinks at pool. Looks like they are delivering it from very far away even if the bar is right next to pool. But staff is finally bringing it with a smile, so we forgive them, it is just bad organization 😉. Thin walls, so you can hear absolutely everything from outside your room. Sheraton, you could improve few things 😊

We loved our stay at the hotel! From the pick up at the airport to the check out, everything was perfect. We really loved the surprise which the hotel staff had prepared at our room for our wedding anniversary. All the flowers and the letters written with palm leaves were so nice. The restaurant staff was very friendly as well and they invited us to a wedding anniversary desert, which was another very friendly gesture. Thank you once again, for making our stay so remarkable, we will definitely come back!

Needed a place to stay near the airport not having to beat traffic. Hotel conveniently located near the airport plus they have excellent shuttle/taxi service. Just let the conciërge know when you need transport to/from the airport and it is arranged!!! VERY good service! Very comfortable and spacious rooms and hotel has a wonderful tropical vibe, even though near the airport. Swimming pool much appreciated and the breakfast buffet is wonderful!! When travelling to Jakarta I will always try to start and end my visit at Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta!

No points of improvement I can think of (other than a clogged shower drain during one of my stays...but quite sure that is fixed now).

This place is an absolute gem. We spent 4 weeks travelling Sulawesi, mostly staying in homestays. It was really nice to finish our holidays with some luxury and relaxation. Nothing is too much for the ever friendly staff, who always try to help you make your stay even nicer. We really enjoyed the excellent dinner and the amazingly extensive breakfast options. We felt super welcomed and definitely recommend you to come and try their hospitality for yourself. Yes the prices are a bit higher than usual in Indonesia. But this level of service and luxury would have a completely different price tag in Europe. So for us this was the perfect opportunity to try out this type of luxury while keeping within our budget. Dear staff, thank you for the excellent service and wonderful conclusion of our holiday.

Really good hotel, top swimming pool, and very convenient shuttle service. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in Jakarta. It's a bit away from the city centre (30-50 minutes drive), but being Jakarta so uninspiring, I'd rather be closer to the airport for easier transfer out.

The restaurant is a mix-and-match of food options with no clear vision: not fully international, and not fully local. It's ok if you are staying just one night and can't be bothered to take a taxi to somewhere else.

The hotel meets 200% expectations, it is spectacular in all aspects, rooms, services, guest service, restaurant, swimming pool... But I want to especially highlight the attention that two people in particular, Cinta and Diana, gave us in their restaurant. Super friendly and attentive at all times with us, for me it has been a spectacularly special memory, without hesitation I will recommend coming to the hotel to anyone who knows and visits Indonesia, and of course I myself will repeat!
