The Grand Anara is a great choice for a comfortable stay near (at) the airport. The facility seems new, and our room featured nice, white bedding and towels, comfy beds, and a sparkling clean bathroom. It was quiet and breakfast was a solid buffet with Asian and western choices in an attractive dining room. The best part of the hotel is its convenient location, a short overpass walk from Terminal 3. The Grand Anara is also a great value, half the price of its sister facility (?) the Anara Hotel (at the other end of Terminal 3) and much less than the Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Hotel, which we stayed at previously and which had old, grey sheets and towels and a slow draining shower. As other reviewers mention, the hotel is tricky to find. Facing T3 (from exterior) it's on the far right. Take the overpass/ skybridge (Level 1, not Ground Floor) towards the domestic parking garage. The hotel is on the left past the A&W. 😃

Completely new, very comfortable bed, very nice staff!

Difficult to find because it’s so new there are no signs at the airport yet, not the staff of the airport is yet aware it is opened. Don’t get confused by asking airport staff. Go towards parking of domestic area on same level as the Digital Airport hotel and before entering the parking, it is left hand side.

Brand new facility still in opening phase. Room service and gym is not available yet. good team.

Signs are needed to direct guests to correct hotel. There is another hotel calle Anara hotel and I believe guest are often struggling to reach correct hotel, I also went to Anara Hotel only find out that Grand Anara is close to domestic area. To communicate from room to reception, there is a Tab/Ipad. I was told that you need to send message using this tab for anything you need. no one answered for 2 hours. I was told later that tab also have calling function.

Brand new in 2025, so clean and inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. Terminal 3 location is convenient for flights using that terminal. (15-20 min skytrain ride to T2).

Very thin walls, so noise is a problem from inconsiderate neighbors and hallways. (But staff moved me to a quiet room immediately.) Restaurant seemed closed for dinner (no staff, no customers.) Not many English TV channels in room, and could not connect my laptop via HDMI cable. Be sure to note that there is another "Anara" hotel at the other end of Terminal 3. This is the "GRAND Anara" not "Anara."

Great location, connected to terminal 3. Decent size room, clean, relatively quiet considering proximity to runways and airport activities. Special recognition for housekeeping staffs and others. I left my wallet in the room at check out, realized it one day later and called the hotel; the staff kept it safe, and easily traced it in their register; collected it 2 days later in complete and good condition. It could have been a big trouble for me without the staffs' integrity and honesty. Thank you very much!

I wish there are more signs for direction from departure and arrival terminal. Location is a bit hidden and difficult to find, can be quite challenging, especially for foreigners.

We appreciate that the hotel gave us connecting rooms as we requested. The room was clean, water was hot, the bed was exceptional. We didn't expect that the room view is the airport terminal, very interesting. Breakfast was OK with variety of main dish, side dish, fruits and drinks. They provide breakfast in sahoor time, which was helpful for Muslim during Ramadhan.

As they are new, there was no sign that said Grand Anara, instead we went to the other Anara hotel in the international arrival. Please note that the hotel is above the domestic departure. There is no room service, but the place is surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. The TV remote was quite tricky to operate.

Great location! The hotel is connected to the Terminal 3 domestic side of the airport. Very convenient for one-night staying for connecting flights or picking up travelling families. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. There are also many restaurants and shops along the way from the hotel to the terminal area.

It is a little difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. We might have missed the signs while walking among the crowds. Note that there are two hotels with similar names located at each end of Terminal 3 (international and domestic ends). When asking for a direction to the airport staff, make sure that you mention the one in the domestic side.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were great, but the one who truly stood out was Amelia at the reception. She was incredibly kind and welcoming,her unique, warm smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Amelia is definitely a great asset to the hotel and was very accommodating throughout our stay.The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport,which was perfect for our travel plans.The facilities are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The rooms are well presented, bed sheets were white and crisp and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small however I rate the rooms 9/10.

The hotel is not clearly indicated from the airport arrivals. It was very confusing to find. I took a taxi to find help in finding the hotel. It was difficult for my driver to find the lobby area through the parking station. Instead I could have walked to the hotel in 5 mins. Much more signage to direct guests to the lobby of the hotel.
