Upon arrival at the airport, the free shuttle from the hotel had been waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The free shuttle was also available from the hotel to take us back to the airport for our next flight.

Almost none, but if I can give some words of feedback; it would be great if the hotel could mention in the booking agreement that a security deposit of Rp 500,000 was required upon check-in. The breakfast area; the continental options were superb, however, the local (Indonesian) options were almost hidden from the plain sight that we totally missed it.

Vary convenient option when in transit at Jakarta airport CGK. Free airport shuttle. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind. Free pool access. Several restaurants. Excellent breakfast, which start to be served at 4am. Good value for price. Recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I decided to upgrade the room and what a difference that made for just a few extra £s. The room was bigger, brighter, more spacious bathroom with much better fixtures and fittings which are at least 10+ years younger. Everything worked as it should with a comfortable night's rest on an excellent bed and a very hot powerful shower. The transfer to the airport is slick and efficient and the amenities at the hotel as good as can be expected.

The staff are a bit pushy about getting you on the shuttle bus 10-15 minutes before it actually leaves which is annoying and the hotel is huge so beautiful prepared for some long walks down huge corridors to get to your room. Minor niggles but how about some lifts scattered across the building? Multiple entrances etc?

I had an outstanding experience because: fantastic 24h pick up/drop off at airport, great friendly and helpful staff at all levels, from airport pick up to waiters at roof top bar. And everybody in between :) . Fast room make up service, great restaurant options and well kept swimming pool. Top buffet breakfast including eastern and western food options. Also professional SPA services offered at very reasonable price. Rooms are well insulated from any airport noise. This resort is conveniently located near the Airport, a good place to break from your itinerary. In general, super clean and well maintaied environment. Good ratio price/value. I would recommend it for sure.

The rooms corridor could benefit from a paint job.

Excellent location for layovers, free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Great A/C, pool, massages, spa, and service. Breakfast starts at 4 am so you know they are dedicated to serving transit passengers. I stay there every chance I get and the standards are always exemplary! I would stay nowhere else and you don't get gouged. I even overheard another American on the shuttle say they transit Jakarta instead of Bali, just to stay at FM Resort. Next time, I am going to stay 2 full days coming from the US to recuperate before going diving near Manado. 2 thumbs up!

I had the pleasure of staying at FM7 Resort Hotel during my recent trip to Jakarta, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, making it the perfect choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference during my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It was extremely convenient, timely, and hassle-free, allowing me to easily navigate my arrival and departure without any stress. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend FM7 Resort Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta, especially those needing a hotel near the airport. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location makes it an outstanding choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta!

The pool and spa facilities are lovely, there is a large pool, a large hot pool but very hot! And a cold plunge pool, sauna and gym. The hotel rooms are clean and bed was comfy

The superior double rooms look big in the picture but are very small one wall is mirrored giving the illusion of space. There was no where to open our suitcases had to leave on floor and walk around. The mattress was too small for base and we kept knocking ourselves on the wood getting in and out. The ramp by reception was dangerous very slippy and we could not keep our balance when going down so used the highly polished stairs and a bit dodgy. The hotel is very convenient for a stop over at airport but 40 mins from anywhere in Jakarta.

We had dinner at the Durian Cafe, which is located past the breakfast restaurant. The food was served quickly, and I was so satisfied with my first meal in Indonesia because it was delicious and reasonably priced! The cafe was also interesting, as it sold a variety of cute durian-themed goods. The illuminations were beautiful right outside the door on the opposite side of the pool.

The pillows and bed linens had a damp, musty smell, like a wet rag, which was really unpleasant. I've never slept in a bed that smelled like that before. I wish I had asked to change rooms, but I was so tired from the long journey that the thought didn't even cross my mind. Other than that, it was a great hotel. I especially liked how quickly they responded to shuttle bus requests on WhatsApp.

My son stayed here for one night between planes. He was very happy with the place and the facilities. The airport transfer was useful although it only goes every hour.

The main problem I had with this booking was probably nothing to do with the hotel, but rather with Booking.com. I got several phishing messages on booking and WhatsApp telling me to re-enter my payment details, so obviously the booking was hacked. Booking still hasn’t got in touch to reassure me or indicate that they have done anything to secure my account… the hotel always replied snd reassured me that I didn’t have to do anything.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special mention must go to Ahmad, the concierge, and Kartono, the bellboy—both of whom went above and beyond throughout my stay. Ahmad was incredibly helpful in assisting me not only with hotel-related matters but also with arrangements outside the hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Kartono was equally impressive—kind, attentive, and handled my luggage with great care, both from the car to the lobby and again when returning it to my room. Every time I needed something, Ahmad arranged it and Kartono delivered it swiftly, no matter where I was in the hotel. These two truly exemplify what outstanding hospitality looks like. I also want to commend the lady at check-in (unfortunately, I forgot her name), who was very friendly and accommodating. Her warm attitude set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel facilities are excellent. The pool and spa area are beautiful and very well maintained. I visited the spa daily and always had a great time—big thanks to Inez, Ririn, and Santi for their wonderful service and making each visit relaxing and enjoyable. I stayed in the Deluxe Plus room, which was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping staff were friendly and ensured the room was always fresh and tidy. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or in a group, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of exceptional service, great amenities, and genuinely kind staff makes it a perfect place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the air conditioning. While it worked properly and indicated 18°C, the room never felt truly cool, and the unit was a bit noisy at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but something that could be fine-tuned for added comfort.
