Upon arrival at the airport, the free shuttle from the hotel had been waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The free shuttle was also available from the hotel to take us back to the airport for our next flight.

Almost none, but if I can give some words of feedback; it would be great if the hotel could mention in the booking agreement that a security deposit of Rp 500,000 was required upon check-in. The breakfast area; the continental options were superb, however, the local (Indonesian) options were almost hidden from the plain sight that we totally missed it.

Vary convenient option when in transit at Jakarta airport CGK. Free airport shuttle. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind. Free pool access. Several restaurants. Excellent breakfast, which start to be served at 4am. Good value for price. Recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I decided to upgrade the room and what a difference that made for just a few extra £s. The room was bigger, brighter, more spacious bathroom with much better fixtures and fittings which are at least 10+ years younger. Everything worked as it should with a comfortable night's rest on an excellent bed and a very hot powerful shower. The transfer to the airport is slick and efficient and the amenities at the hotel as good as can be expected.

The staff are a bit pushy about getting you on the shuttle bus 10-15 minutes before it actually leaves which is annoying and the hotel is huge so beautiful prepared for some long walks down huge corridors to get to your room. Minor niggles but how about some lifts scattered across the building? Multiple entrances etc?

I had an outstanding experience because: fantastic 24h pick up/drop off at airport, great friendly and helpful staff at all levels, from airport pick up to waiters at roof top bar. And everybody in between :) . Fast room make up service, great restaurant options and well kept swimming pool. Top buffet breakfast including eastern and western food options. Also professional SPA services offered at very reasonable price. Rooms are well insulated from any airport noise. This resort is conveniently located near the Airport, a good place to break from your itinerary. In general, super clean and well maintaied environment. Good ratio price/value. I would recommend it for sure.

The rooms corridor could benefit from a paint job.

We always stay at FM7 when we are transiting from Jakarta. We love the sauna and cold plunge pool. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! It is well suited for all types of travellers including surfers. We travelled with x8 surfboard bags in our group and they were able to fit them all in the shuttle bus as well as our luggage for a small fee. The buffet breakfast was great as well as the massage at the spa which is open until 10pm. I wish I had more time to have a longer treatment.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about FM7. It is well run and managed. There are ALOT of rooms which can make your room a long distance to walk to depending on where you are located.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay. Good transfer service. Kind people, big rooms and very nice swimming area with hot pool, cold pool, and huge normal pool. There is also a gym, sauna, hamman, lockers, showers etc. The staff is accommodating, the breakfast is served very early in the morning and there is a vast choice of tasty food. 24/7 room service with excellent options. Prices are competitive. I would come again if I popped by Jakarta again.

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel took a long time to come (probably because of the traffic), we waited more than an hour…

A great value hotel really close to the airport. Big rooms with big windows so you don't feel like you're staying at the airport. You have full control of the aircon - you can regulate the temperature or turn it off if you don't need it. The bed is huge. The bathroom is big and functional - in superior room it has a shower and in deluxe additionally a bathtub. All very comfortable. Free breakfast and free two way airport transfer on request but I think they leave at the full hour. You actually need to book it separately. It's not automatic. They will send you all the information with photos of the meeting point. A pleasant young man would wait for you and take you to the car. All very straightforward. The ride itself takes about 15 minutes. I do travel a lot and on a budget and this hotel near Jakarta Airort is a really great deal. The area is not very walkable. Especially in a rain. It's next to a busy road with no pavements and big rain puddles. But I survived. I was quite an attraction for the locals. They stared at me a lot but were friendly and kind. It's at the back of the airport grounds with some workhops and local food places. I did walk there to stretch my legs, buy mineral water and get some local food (as I don't like tourist food. I had some chicken curry with rice and veggies with lots of sambal for 13 thousand IDR hahaha - go to the main road, turn left, and keep walking about 10 minutes until you see a local restaurant) but most people will probably / may find it a bit difficult and too much of an experience so don't push it until you're comfortable with it. For those poeple who are not familiar with the country and the local places, getting a taxi or grab may be a far better option. Overall I highly recommend staying in he hotel and will defiitely use it every time I need a hotel near the Jakarta airport. Oh, the swimming pool was nice to swim some laps. To relax the back in between flights.

the shuttle to the airport was very smooth and good. good place if you wanna have a location near to the airport. no hectic! the selection of buffet was a numbers. staffs was friendly

there was no lift. only stairs. not good for elderly or kids. the selection of breakfast was many but the taste is so so only, not that awesome. we missed our welcome drinks as we checked out early and no keys to get back to the lobby. location is very far for other restaurant, if you order food via grab, then the delivery will be super long the open area (roof) is only open at 5pm. ended we don have chance to look upstairs

This experience demonstrated the hotel's professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness. The hotel is an ideal choice for a short stay of 1-2 days, whether you're arriving or departing on your flight. It provides exceptional value for money, featuring welcoming and trustworthy staff who go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Guests can enjoy a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu and inviting atmosphere. The spacious rooms are designed for relaxation, offering plenty of room to unwind after a long day of travel. Plus, the efficient check-in and check-out process ensures that you can focus on enjoying your trip without unnecessary delays.

The hotel does not provide an elevator service to the second story. I reserved a smoking room, and while the air conditioning unit operated effectively, it was inadequately maintained and not clean. Furthermore, the proximity of the rooms to the karaoke area resulted in significant noise disturbances due to loud music. Addressing these concerns would enhance the hotel's quality and bring it closer to the standards of a five-star establishment.
