Very clean. The shuttle service from airport to hotel was not on time but it wasn't a big deal to me personally. The shuttle from the hotel was however very quick and on time, pleased with that! It took 15 minutes to get to the airport. The highlight was the room service meal. It was easy and delicious. I checked in late and could easily get a late dinner delivered to the room.

The central AC was a little loud and the cold air was blowing right on me. I wish there was a setting to point it to the ceiling or set it at a more precise degree of coldness. It was the smallest fan/degree but it was just a knob on the wall. Turning it off was not an option unfortunately, it would be too hot.

Their restaurant staff not so professional…must wait til they refill the food for buffet where there is no staff around to make sure dirty dishes and empty buffet to refill or to assist guest while breakfast, while they already charge me even before i have my breakfast…no small towel for face/hand…towel really need to replace with new one as colour no longer clean…amenity (toothbrush only provide 1 though room booked for 2persons

We used Zest for transit so we're there only 1-2 nights. I came with my family of 3 and we were really happy with the service. They had free bus shuttle every hour from hotel/airport so it was really handy also the driver was so helpful and friendly. The desk persons especially Dani was polite, helpful and friendly to us, the check in/out was so smooth. We booked queen room and it was clean, and they provide basic needs for us (water & glasses, toiletries, towels, AC, TV etc). We had nice rest in between our transit days. They have room service for foods if needed. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly reccomend for the transit hotel near airport!

After 9pm, it's hard to find foods nearby so I need to go out to buy street food. You can hear the noises from the hall quite clear, either from the people who were check in/out or janitors.

There are no leisure spaces or gardens only a seat in the car park. Apparently you can pay to use the leisure facilities at the next door hotel and there is a roof top pool. Only good for the airport,nothing nearby.

Good communication airport shuttle was excellent and the driver was very helpful and courteous 24hrs rpm service is great.

No milk for coffee at the breakfast buffet? that's unsatisfactory. Need to make sure all soups ordered is hot not luke warm please.

The hotel is located in a hub area near the airpot, it have several fast food chain that will make your transit time felt nicer, but do mind that all of them close at 9 pm. Room are small but good enough for short stay, what I like is how soft the bed is. I had a room with a view to the highway, which looks interesting. It have free shuttle transport every 1 hour for 24 hours. That should be a big plus for everyone.

Good for one night stay between flights. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Friendly staff. Easy to arrive and leave as pick up/drop off service in running once a hour.
