Very good place to stay a night when you need to catch an early flight next morning. They have a free shuttle to the airport but ours was not on time 2:45am but was 3:05am so if you saw lots of group in the lobby with suitcases do just get a grabcar (this can cause the delay)it’s just less than 30mins n grabcar cost over 30,000idr.

Mind you, there’s no electric kettle in the room but there’s one water dispenser on the hallway with hot n cold so no problem. No cups for coffee n coffee 3 in 1 making. Only one side of the bed has plug in for hp charging.

This hotel servers its purpose well. Its located very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service to every terminal. Location: 10/10, if you stay here its because you want to be next to the airport. Cleanliness: 7/10, not the best but also not the worst, fine for what it was Staff: 10/10 - quick and easy check in Wifi: 2/10 - wasnt really useable for my entire stay and when it did work it was very slow, couldn’t watch anything or do any work. Value for money 7/10

Wifi - definitely needs upgrading but probably wont be as most people will only spend the night here

The hotel exceeded expectations. Free transfer to/from the airport. Very polite and professional hotel staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant. Room with TV, spacious shower with hot water, unusual design, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Three clean towels per person. Two bottles of water. Next to the hotel there is a store, warungs, in the neighboring hotel 1 min opposite there is an alcohol bar. Excellent option for transit!

Hotel is close to the airport, we stayed one night. Room was quiet, and had all facilities as described. Breakfast was included, and so was free shuttle to the airport. Staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming. I see a lot of reviews from people complaining about rooms, facilities... especially with expectations re Accor group standards. True, the equipment is a bit spartan, and not brand new, but I would happily stay here again - 100% fulfilled my expectations.

If the hotel customer service and shuttle bus people could have provided clear and precise instructions on how to reach the shuttle bus pick up point. It would have been very helpful and more convenient to have done so in the confirmation message sent for pickup. Especially after a very long flight.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and I was allowed to check-in and have the room before the stated check-in time. There is a charged airport shuttle. I only wanted a place to rest between flights and for that I was a good value option.

It is an airport hotel, but it is a long circuitous journey to get there due to it being on a dual carriageway. It is a lot quicker getting back to the airport. The only way to the hotel is by taxi or the airport transfer bus.

Perfect hotel for connecting flights from CGK Hotel has airport drop facility at regular intervals Restaurant facility is available , styles has a better one next to ibis budget

Breakfast! There was chicken poridge, but I did not see any checken there (at 07.30 hr and breakfast is available till 10hr). Pity!!!

Every aspect of my one night stay was pleasent. Room was clean and quite. Service was very good and staff was very helpful.

I didnt try the breakfast. Only minor note is cooling (AC) in the lobby was a little bit under par.

The hotel is very close to airport, very convenient for transit between your odd hours flight out of Jakarta and staff are super helpful and friendly
