Mini mart right next door. Walked to the Swiss-BelHotel (10-15 minutes away) for dinner which was excellent -- there is a KFC right there too. Breakfast at The Risman was good, cooked to order. Used Grab from CGK airport to The Risman and back. Make sure to allow for extra time for your Grab to pick you up. Both from and to airport, Grab indicated drivers were "x minutes away". My experience was that they were actually x plus 10 minutes away. There were 2 Grab bookings that I canceled outright because the drivers did not respond at all. Used Google Translate to ask in Indonesian what the drivers' ETAs were.

Staffs are very accommodating, specially sir viqror and his teammates. Fresh linen and clean rooms, nice location , good breakfast. Accomplished all our special request(midnight check in, rooms are close together, even helped us plan our city tour itinerary.

The airport shuttle was very handy as we arrived at Soekarno Hatta Airport at midnight. There's no need to wait for the Grab driver or use the pretty expensive airport taxi. The location is very near too. It costs RP 140,000 per shuttle. Quite affordable to avoid the hassle. The customer service is very good too as they always keep in touch with us on our arrival time. They even shared their WhatsApp phone number for easier communication. The free breakfast should be chosen from a menu. They'll prepare it on the spot for you. If you want more, you can order more at a reasonable price.

As other reviews said, the soundproofing. I think because of its modern contemporary - minimalist design, the use of tiles looks better than carpeting. The reason it can be a bit noisy with the wheels and footsteps. Other than that, The Risman Hotel is convenient for airport transfer as there will be a lot of traffic if you stay further.

Breakfast is not very good. One is asked to choose from a set menu that has very limited choices and is exclusively Indonesian in it's menu. Also there are no other restaurants near the hotel. One has to order a taxi to find any place to eat dinner. Guests should be aware that although physically close to the airport, road construction makes the journey to the hotel take about 30 minutes. Journeys to the airport from the hotel however are about half that time.

Delicious breakfast, really helpful and considerate staff at the front desk and also in the restaurant for breakfast. In particular, the staff helped us with issues with our taxi getting lost, late arrival due to flight delays, accidentally leaving something in the room and needing to take our breakfast away with us. Beds and room are comfortable, great shower and bathroom. Check in was also easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is clean and in good condition, in close proximity to the airport, and the staff are helpful. There is minimarket just beside the hotel, so you can get any drinks or snacks from there easily until 11 PM.

The rooms don't have a mini-bar or small fridge, so it is not suited for anything beyond 1 or 2 nights stay. The hotel is near the airport, but goes through a modest neighborhood, so the roads are not always clear, it took us some minutes to reach the hotel (not too much in anyway). The rooms are on the smaller size.

The location is very covenient and close to the airport. So perfect for a (long) layover. Note that there’s only a small supermarket right next to the hotel that closes at 22:00. For there rest there’s not much around.

The hallway that is connected to the rooms is very, very loud. If some one opens a door, you will wake up. (Which sometimes happens during the night due to flights ;) ).

i like that the room was very clean and smells so good. the room size is good too. enough space to move around the room with a lot of our stuff. the hotel staff also very helpful and check in was smooth.

the sink was a bit clogged. took some time for water to drain down the pipe. still can be use, but a bit inconvenience
