The garden is amazing, in every corner there are different types of trees, flowers, all around there are beautiful statues. I started every morning at the pool, it is absolutely perfect, you can find shadow at any time of the day. The staff is extremely nice, they are so helpful and they made us feel home. The rooms are very good, we had everything that we needed. Our holiday was perfect at Taman Harum, if anytime I come back to Ubud in my life, I will definately come here:) Thank you for everything Taman Harum Cottages!

I liked the location because it is quiet, less traffic, behind paddy field. Easy access to to kintamani, east of bali, west of bali and south.

This is a stunningly beautiful, traditional Balinese property in a less crowded area of Ubud. There is a gorgeous pool with loungers for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The onsite restaurant was really good. The massages at the spa were wonderful. Above all, the staff of this hotel was outstanding! They took care of us like a 5 star resort! Thank you so much for such amazing stay!

It is a long way from centre

The room was nice in that the bedroom and small living area were separated. The patio outside the room was large and spacious. The staff were very helpful in assisting with our needs.

The bathroom was rather spartan with no shelving to put toiletries and no small bath mats since the floor got wet when one showered. There were not enough power points in order to charge electronic items in the room or the living area. If there was a power point it was in a very weird place and not conveniently located. Eg halfway up the wall next to the bathroom door.

Room was spacious and perfect for our family of 2 adults and a 3yr old. They set up the bed on the floor in our room and we were all very comfortable. Breakfast was a set menu of choices but more than adequate to our needs. Pool was clean and fun for the whole family.

I loved the individuality of my room/suite with TV outdoors in the vestibule, and the al fresco bathrroom and the private access to the pool area. It is more than 10 minutes away from Ubud in the average days traffic so the location is not perfect for either Ubud or beaches, however there a lage range of places, activities, which are with 30 to 40 minutes.

The breakfast menu is distictly limited. What is served is good but limited range.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There were many restaurants and cafes close by which was a plus point.

The telephone in the room did not work and the restaurant staff were not available when we were looking for an afternoon tea. The staff at reception were very helpful in all ways.

Aircon was strong and effective, and rooms were spacious. Check-in and checkout was fast and friendly. Plenty of common areas to relax and hang out.

Bathroom could have had more counter space/drawers/hooks to hang towels and toiletries. Location was a bit far from any other restaurants/points of interest (driving was necessary). Spa was expensive for the area.

Amazing stay at Taman Harum. Fabulous swimming pool, beautiful surroundings, the best most friendly staff ever, superb value for money, great breakfast and flexible dinner restaurant. Well located around 10-15 minutes from Ubud centre and close to all the best Ubud attractions. Our amazing driver Gusti made the whole week so memorable.
