Firstly the landscape gardens were stunning, so well maintained and looked with love. Stunning plants and foliage. I felt like I was in a live Planet Earth episode! I was to personally thank all the staff, nainly Ivan, the operations manager, he took care of me like as I was a member of his family, he asked me daily how I was and if I needed anything. I felt so loved by him. And the staff reflected the same. I will miss them all dearly.

Nothing

The gardens to the property surprised me. The setting was really idyllic. Lots of staff on hand to help and WhatsApp services available. My Joglo was abit out of the way but could always get help if needed. I didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. I loved the location but I am also confident with a scooter so that helped.

I found the scooter prices overpriced so went outside. The food and service at the restaurant was below par and not fresh. However I see they cook for large parties so I’m sure alot is pre-made and frozen to help this. There’s a lot of staff and all were friendly but not necessarily alert in the restaurant. As a solo traveller I got forgotten a lot.

My favourite thing was the flower bath that they made for me and my floating breakfast. It was beautiful and no trouble for the staff to organise for the equivalent of $10 AUD for a stunning bath. The staff themselves were so awesome and friendly. They were so attentive to my needs and requests and welcoming. My villa was a good size and the outdoor shower was lovely!

The restaurant food wasn’t my favourite. The cheeseburger had a liquid sauce on top which soaked my burger and it wasn’t very good. My salad was soaked in dressing too. Kind feedback to ditch the cheese sauce on the burgers and use a cheese slice and fresh beef patties. Put dressings on the side of the salads. The drinks and fresh juices were beautiful though.

This is a hidden gem! An Oasis for anyone who wishes to unwind from the grind Plus the people that work here genuinely care and are so welcoming and kind. It includes an idyllic log cabin stay, Listening to the sounds of nature With views of rice fields by day And stars by night We booked two nights and stayed eleven!! As it exceeded our expectations. On your doorstop enjoy: Spa treatments, yoga, swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Tours and taxis easily arranged. We made treasured memories with the tours that we booked and Ubud town centre is only a short drive away. We are very sad to say goodbye But we are looking forward to the resort's evolution when we meet again! We had to leave

The grounds and facilities are beautiful. Villa is superb, so comfortable and beautiful. There’s a spa, a boutique with clothes and local artisan artworks and products. The pool is lovely with surrounding rice fields (stunning view). Yoga on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoon. Wedja restaurant has great coffee, Indonesian food and delicious cocktails. The staff are soo friendly, accomodating and helpful. I have stayed in touch with some of the staff members. They go the extra mile to make your stay and time in Ubud as special as possible. On my birthday they surprised me by bringing a delicious cake to my room while singing me happy birthday. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ubud Art Resort!

The property itself self is something special, the Wedja Restaurant is AMAZING- the staff are wonderful, the food delicious and the gardens magical! The Loft room was beautiful. The pool lovely also. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I have stayed here before and will return due to it being an amazing place to stay.

The Loft room of not notable for more than a couple- we have two babes and were told the couch was okay as a bed, it’s not, and we had to pay for an additional bed which was not available. Our hot water system in the Loft room was too small for two people, let along four. It always ran out of hot/warm water within minutes. The breakfast was pretty inconsistent, still edible and all, but things were cold, or different ingredients used, etc. the restaurant was also open later than reported hours so there were times we’d go up there and it’d be closed. For the money we spent to stay here we were disappointed by these things, although not life shattering, they happened on the daily.

When arriving at the hotel, you feel like entering paradise. The hotel is located around 10 minutes from Ubud Center (depending on the traffic) in a beautifully designed garden/jungle. The owner of the hotel put an extra eye for detail to design these wonderful surroundings. Everywhere you look, you can find creative statutes, instagramable settings, colorful flowers and plants, and plenty of koi fish. Also the view from our room was exceptional. We woke up looking into the rice fields and palm trees. A special highlight was the open-air shower. The hotel is the perfect place to rewind and recharge your batteries, enjoy the peaceful silence and nature around you. Moreover, the hotel offers a very clean and nice hotel pool, massage, and free yoga sessions. In addition, we really enjoyed the food in the restaurant which was fresh, authentic and very tasty. The staff, including the owner, welcomed us with utmost hospitality and did everything possible to fulfill our wishes. We would definitely come again.

The room was a bit dark, especially the area around the sink. In addition, the staff was sometimes a bit slow, for instance, we waited 3 hours to get a fruit platter to our room as the restaurant staff was busy. Also, when leaving, no one was at the reception, and we had to wait quite some time for the check-out. We would also not recommend the hotel to people who are a bit sensitive when it comes to insects and other wild visitors. You will definitely find frogs, geckos, lizards, etc. in or near your room.

In the mids of a luscious garden, worth coming to see only. Eating at restaurant (guests get 20% discount) feels like living in a Balinese fairy tail! The food is fantastic by the way, no need to leave the property at all. They offer massages and there’s a pool. Staff fantastic and friendly. Ryan the driver did a great job.

Our AC didn’t work properly so it was very warm in the bungalow. Don’t even think about opening windows as it is amongst plants and trees, lots of mosquitos. As it rained a lot , the roof in the semi-open bathroom leaked around a few spots. We didn’t make a problem out of this, just something to perhaps improve on or keep in mind. It’s also a bit far from the centre, you will need a mean of transport. They offer a free shuttle in the am.

The property has everything that you need right there, restaurant, pool with poolside service, spa for massage - we were really looking for a “lazy” place to stay so we could fully rest and recharge at the start of our trip away and this did the job Beautiful Spacious room - we were in a rice padddie view room - very nice and quiet and out the way of other rooms Beautiful Grounds A staff member helped me make a last minute booking at a spa in ubud I walked into ubud and it took about an hour Lovely breakfast Massage on site was 180k I believe and easy to book

They offer free yoga but it’s at 5-6pm - I’d love a morning class Based on the reviews I read, I was expecting a little more - eg from the service sometimes I also didn’t personally love needing to use what’s app to communicate with staff - I wanted to switch off from using my phone, but would receive messages everyday asking if I wanted room cleaned, this is also how you order from the restaurant to the pool/ your room Room service was sometimes painfully slow There is a shuttle to ubud but it is unclear what times it goes (it went at different times to what was told) and it was 100k - a free service would be great The duck dishes we ordered at the restaurant were tiny and we were still hungry after (for dessert!) - but was definitely expecting more from those dishes

Wishing our time at this beautiful resort was longer, everything was amazing! The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay. The cleanliness and facilities were superb. Surrounded by lots of nature and greenery you’re guaranteed to be relaxed. The restaurant food and service was exceptional. We also chose to book a day tour with the resort and had lot’s of fun. Ryan was an excellent tour guide going above and beyond. Would absolutely love to come back and stay in the future and create another memorable holiday!
