The location, the athmosphere, especially the team is really great! Always helpful, very respectful and we got always more than expected. We had multiple stays on Bali and this one was the best for us. We were really sad to leave this place to move on for our next stay. We got a Honeymoon gift decoration for our room and were really happy. The food was great and the water was also clean, aswell as the resort itself. We had many different plants in our garden, giving us the best "Bali feeling" yet in combination with the random birds in the garden coming from nature. The atmosphere was private and safe. The service team helped us with laundry and was always available via Whatsapp and during the day directly at the front.

Nothing.

Everything! The bed was comfortable, air condicioned worked perfectly. The bathroom had amenities like shower cap, cotton swabs etc. The breakfast is amaaaazing! We let them know what we wanted and at what time the day before, and they would prepare our table near the pool in the morning. Coffee, juices, lots of fruits and the main plate :) Everyday they would also give us bottle of water. They also offered other services like car pickup and massages. I’ve asked for a massage and 15min later the lady was there in our vila :) We also asked the pickup in airport and Wisnu was there patiently waiting for us. Our flight was in the evening and the restaurants were closed, but he stopped at the market so we could buy something to eat.

I loved everything about the stay! Bit far from the city center, so far from the confusion :) we used an app to call our “ubers” and it worked fine

There was some work going on on the neighbour villa during early time in the morning, but this was already informed by the staff who were apologising for the noise in the early morning, and it was temporary.

The villa is located near main street in Ubud, our favorite town in Bali. The staff of the villa is very kind and they can help you with renting a motorbike (we rented it from them and probably had one of the best motorbikes in Bali). The staff is so kind, they helped us with everything we asked. They provided us with information about trips around Bali and they really helped us when we had a problem with a taxi, which didn’t came on time when we were in a hurry. Villa is very clean, they give you fresh towels and fresh bottles of water every day. You can also order food and they bring it to your villa. The WIFI connection works well also. We stayed there for 10 days and highly recommend it!

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The private pool was awesome and we spent many hours in it appreciating the beautiful garden and the bird-life happening in the yard. The air-conditioning was great and the bed was comfortable. It was also unique to shower outdoors. The fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. The villa was was impeccably cleaned daily and the staff were incredible!

Location was up a dark and sometimes difficult-to-navigate road, but Grab got us everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was lovely but usually cold and the coffee was not very good.

New, modern, but with a definite Balinese vibe, this property is the BEST we’ve ever stayed at in Ubud! Private villa with private pool and high walls means total privacy to enjoy the pool for midnight (or anytime) skinny dipping! Everything is well kept and clean, the complimentary breakfasts delicious, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond for us, always with a genuine smile and graciousness. Close to Ubud but not in the noisy chaos. Within 7-10 minutes walking distance of several restaurants and a same-day laundry service! If you can find an opening at this villa, RESERVE IT NOW! Nothing - it was beyond perfect!!!

I recently stayed at Uma Galih Ubud Villa, and everything was perfect! The villa was cozy and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. I asked them to surprise my partner with a “Will you marry me?” message made of flowers in the swimming pool, and they executed it beautifully. It exceeded all my expectations and created an unforgettable moment for us. The villa itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also needed a scooter during our stay, and the staff quickly arranged it for us. Uma Galih Ubud Villa is truly the best place to be. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was awesome. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Awesome service, the location is quiet (no busy roads nearby), though nature (birds/frogs/crickets ...) is still present and loud :) Room was clean with perfectly working A/C. And power sockets in the room support AU plugs :) Breakfasts were great (fresh fruits + multiple options of the main meal).

A questionable large window between the room (bed) and bathroom that didn't have any curtains... So, from the bed you have a great view of the toilet and whoever is using it:) It's not a big problem, but a very questionable design decision :)

the villa was very nice; it had a clean water swimming pool. the cleaning is provided every day. The breakfast was provided everyday. The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff and super nice and helpful. The good thin, that there is no language barrier.

the variety of the breakfast. although the TV set wasn't very much watched as it wasn't a priority, the set itself was small, in comparison to the room size.

the photos looks exactly the same in person. Our host Wisnu was very sweet and we were very well looked after. His family were kind especially his wife who spoke perfect English and told us all about their culture. It such a pleasure meeting Wisnu’s family. Communication was very easy and we used WhatsApp. The breakfast was very delicious, we were given so much fruits! 😍 the bed was very comfortable and had complimentary kimonos to wear around the villa. the bathroom door does not have any curtain so when the sun rises in the morning you are awoken by the sun ☀️ at 6:30am which is usually when it rises. It was inconvenient because my partner and I do prefer to have complete darkness.
