We absolutely loved our private villa. Our villa was gorgeous, the garden, the architecture and our private pool where amazing. It was clean, there was a kitchen if we wanted to cook, the air-conditioning was excellent, the front porch was spacious and great for relaxing, the bed was comfortable and huge and the staff are so friendly. Our villa was a short 5 minute walk from Bliss Ubud (Villa Nini's sister company) where we had complimentary breakfast each morning. If you don't want to walk they offer a free transport service in their hotel tuk tuk car which drops you to the Bliss Ubud Restuarant. The breakfast is yum and they have so many options!! We also ate lunch and dinners there because the Balinese food was yummy and quality. We felt the prices where very reasonable too. They have an on-site day spa at Bliss Ubud and the Balinese massage felt really good. We met Wayan who took us to local shops and on a morning tour. He spoke very good English, was a safe driver and very friendly. The Villa is a 15 minute taxi ride from the Ubud central which was really nice because we loved being away from the hustle and noise of the main centre of ubud. There is a money exchanger bank and supermarket walking distance.

We had an excellent time at VIlla Nini. Very beautiful rooms, we were upgraded for one night to the private villa, which coincided with my birthday. When the staff found out, they arranged a bunch of flowers and a birthday cake and candles. I felt so blessed. Wonderful service, breakfast, pool, and such a wonderful stay.

The only thing we didn't love was that it was quite far from the centre of town, however it wasn't really an issue as the reception staff arranged a taxi for us on the first morning, and we adopted him as our driver for the remainder of out stay! Such a wonderful trip

Really quiet place near a small rice field. The breakfast (included) was great. The place was also relatively near the Ubud centre, in which we arrived in 5-10min with scooter.

We booked the Villa with private pool and we enjoyed a lot our stay in our first stop of our Bali trip. We were asked to come to their partner hotel (Bliss hotel) to do the check-in as Villa Nini (2min away drive) is not accessible by car, which was easy anyway. We were looking for something a bit separate from Ubud centre but not too far either and for us was perfect (15mins away from centre with a motorbike we rented right in front of Bliss Hotel). The motorbike also it could be parked right outside villa nini. It was peaceful and quiet surrounded by nature. Staff also very helpful and nice. Breakfast also not bad ordered the day before.

Bathroom socket was in bad status. Same as the hairdryer, think I need a replacement.

The villa is well equipped and the pool is very nice. Also the hotel is great and the restaurant and Spa are top. The Spa treatments are incredible, we took a facial and body massage. Staff is amazing. They would make everything super easy for us and arrange room service, spa booking and treated us like royalty.

More shuttles from the hotel to the center would be good as there are only 3.

We loved the setting out of Ubud near a rice paddy and hearing nature rather than traffic. Loved the antique look of the villa and the beautiful private pool. We had our own little dining area where breakfast was brought each morning. Very quiet and private.

No phone contact from room to reception. Had a fridge but we had to stock it and there is no where close to get supplies I.e beer, Tonic. There is free transport into Ubud central available from Bliss Ubud three times a day but no return transport leaving you to have to haggle with touts for a return taxi journey that is overpriced

Location is great: super quite environment, but only 10 min (by taxi/scooter) away from Ubud center. We loved the style of our Room (Villa Nini n.5), really fresh and comfortable

The breakfast is a huge NO. You can option both breakfast in room or at the restaurant (which is located in a different hotel close by), we finally optioned in room since the food choice was exactly the same. Boiled egg overcooked, pancakes uncooked. One day we booked the breakfast really early since we have to leave at 07 AM and they delivered it at time we have to leave.

It is a bit out of the way. Walking in the area is tough because there are no/poor pavements and lots of traffic. Not the hotels fault, and it was the only major downside we experienced.

Private oasis with 24hr security and private buggy to drive you back to main resort, nothing was too much trouble, seriously beautiful place to relax and win wind, yet only minute to restaurants and shops. Staff were impeccable, even collecting me when I had a fall in the rice paddy, highly recommend and exceptional value for money with fresh buffet Brekky daily, you have your own private pool or can use the two at the main resort

Loved everything

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a buggy car between the villa and Bliss Ubud spa was also very helpful and also the shuttle going to the Ubud Centre 3 times a day. The villa itself was amazing, we really had an amazing time in the garden and the pool as well.

In the evenings we didn't feel very comfortable after seeing a rat walking between the window and the roof one night. Also every night they were walking or playing on the roof while we were sleeping, we were hearing them rustling on the roof. We understand we are in the nature next to the rice fields however this should be known by all the guests who will stay there. And a lot of lizards which is ok :)
